So what is he getting at that Tori wasn't killed there? Didn't Derstine say rafferty walked away that it was not TLM that walked away?

But, he says we can't predict Rafferty's behavior, based on the unpredictable circumstances.

What? Is Derstine expecting the jury to believe that TLM took Tori out of the car unbeknownst to Rafferty and walked her to Mt. Forest and killed her?
