RaffertyLFP Gowdey says McClintic has very detailed memories of Tori's clothes and the sexual assault - jibes with investigation

I believe using the claw end of the hammer would have ripped the bags apart and caused terrible damage to the skin on the head, causing a lot of blood to spatter around.

The Crown is also assuming, by way of TLM testimony, that she had put the garbage bag over the head of TS.........before she started striking her.

I think it started in the back seat of the car, and that is why TS blood was found on the molding.

TLM left out that little detail about her killing TS.....probably because her "flashbacks" wouldn't as easily explained away her state of mind.

JMO............

May i ask? Do you believe MR is innocent?

McClintic said there was a garbage bag on Tori's head when she was being hit with a hammer. Rafferty naked from the waist down.

Rocks placed on Tori came from the rock pile, she said. Both Rafferty and McClintic buried her, she said.

Rafferty suggested the rest of her body should be put in the garbage bags.

Showing the weight of the rocks placed on Tori's body to hide her.

RaffertyLFP: Gowdey said Rafferty and McClintic had to work together to put heavy rocks over Tori's body

RaffertyLFP: Gowdey said it was Rafferty's idea to rub out the tire tracks from scene

"Two of them, together, again," Gowdey says while reminding the jury of McClintic's explanation of #Rafferty directing the scene clean-up.

The Crown is SLAMMING Rafferty's Defense.

Take THAT, and don't forget it.

We don't buy your lies and nonsense.

Rafferty is the other half of a vicious partnership, and the Crown has proven it without a reasonable doubt.

Justice for Victoria.

Gowdey reading McClintic's testimony about sexual assault and Tori's final moments in life

Avery Moore ‏ @AveryFreeFMNews
#Rafferty rolls his eyes as Gowdey reads McClintic's testimony about the alleged sexual assault.

How absolutely disrespectful - whether he is guilty or not. To roll your eyes at this point, at this description. His lawyer should reach through that glass and give him a good smack for forgetting his manners, in my opinion.

If they hadn't got caught, I think he would have kept her as long as he needed to.

Who knows what could have become of TLM. In my opinion she was safe being in the detention centre. MOO.

I could project a possible plan but I will let your imaginations run wild.MOO

RaffertyLFP: Gowdey said carrying Tori's body and placing rocks was a"two-person job"

RaffertyLFP: Gowdey said McClintic really had no motive for killing Tori if she was not involved in sexual assault

Jury viewing photo of weight of rocks the body was buried under. Crown says McClintic very detailed in describing #Rafferty hiding body

Gowdey asks how could McClintic have such a vivid memory of the murder scene if she was the one in the blind rage.

A vivid memory about the scene, and not in a rage...............oh.

So she savagely killed TS in a calm and cool manner?

The Crown would have the jury believe TLM is a light switch.

Vivid memory and no rage...........click........uncontrollable rage an no memory....click........doesn't know why she didn't escape with TS........click....doesn't know why she took TS that day.......click........let's party after I get out.........click......I will take the fall for you.........click........he did it..........click.........click.....click.

TLM is insane. If we still had mental hospitals, she would have been locked up in one years ago. Nothing she says is worth listening to.

Gowdey reminds the jury of weight of rocks on Tori's body. Says McClintic told them about back problems. Heaviest rock is 126lbs

I agree.

Maybe the Crown can't legally introduce any "character" witnesses, but, guess what, Rafferty?

Your character speaks for itself with no words.

I am so unbelievably thankful Derstine had one witness (who really proved NOTHING IMO) and gave up his right to having the last say in this trial!!!! Thank you Mr. Dirk Dirstine.
