"Sometime around 11:30 a.m., at least one motorcyclist was shot in the 25700 block of I-45 near Oakwood Drive, which is in The Woodlands. The condition of the victim is not known."

"About 50 miles away in Huntsville, just after noon, at least three more motorcyclists were shot. According to law enforcement, two out of three were pronounced dead. The condition of the third victim is not known.

Investigators did not say if these two scenes were related."

It’s actually 3 injured and 2 dead. I can’t change the thread title.

Possibly 2 MC Gangs feuding in public. The victims helmet has a specific set of colors and words on it. There are photos.

I know what they mean when they state "no threat to the general public" but it irritates me because I do think there's a secondary type threat to drivers/people in the area (who could be hit by a stray bullet, wreck from something going down near them while driving, etc.).

I'm not even sure how LE would go about trying to quell something like this. But I sure hope they can calm things among these groups & that nobody else gets hurt.

MOO.

That’s crazy but not surprising none of them were found guilty. I imagine there is some witness and juror intimidation going on.

According to the release one of the people in Spring died at the hospital. That means 3 people are dead now and 2 injured. One dead in Montgomery County and 2 killed in Walker County. I imagine there will be more retaliation. I read it was confirmed that all the deceased are from the same MC. Not looking forward to the chaos coming.

They rode right up 45 through my home town on their way to Huntsville. Fantastic!

Helmet looked like Bandidos. Gold and Black and can see "Forever" BFFB, (but do they spell it out?) "Bandidos Forever, Forever Bandidos". Not seeing much on the Homietos MC aside from being in Houston. Lettering they use looks different (skinny). IMHO, MOO. But as well known as the Bandidos are, could be fighting with any that aren't allies. We had the Outlaws fighting the Warlocks down in FL during the 70s and it wasn't pretty. (Edited to name rival MC in FL)
JurrassicParker - thank you for confirming what my tired brain was trying to process :) Stay safe!

Not much new info, but they have released the names (and photos) of two of the deceased and said they're investigating to see if there's a connection between the shootings and the shootings at the Whiskey Barrel Saloon in Oklahoma City. Honestly that's kind of a big Duh! (which I'm sure they're well aware of) since the Bandidos killed, Eric Oberholtzer, the "suspected" leader of the Homietos. Which is obviously huge and a fast way to initiate or escalate a war. The link about the bar shooting provided above by @JurassicParker also points out that Oberholtzer and two other Homietos were arrested after a shootout on Interstate 45 in Madisonville, after they were accused of opening fire on a group of Bandidos members near an on-ramp. Are the Homietos known for ambushing rivals on interstates?? All IMO, MOO. The second link is to an informative article about the Bandidos.

The article that identifies the victims:
