Another mystery solved is the x-large thong underwear listed on the SW.

Just jumping off you,

the x-tra large was only his weight. Not is, erm, length or girth of, erm, thumbs, yeah, thumbs. It doesn't work out equally for most men that way (sorry guys), so do not worry about that other poster that is thinking about it. Just stop thinking about it. Don't go there at all. Small or large is not good, just put it out of your mind now.

How do I talk to a mod?

OMG thankfully YOU were there and that was reported.
If not he COULD have had a life of abuse.

unfortunately, I never felt confident that the situation had been truly remedied. I wasn't really privy to what happened next. I have often wondered what became of him. I was very young at the time, and not yet a parent. I was extremely concerned about how it was effecting the OTHER children. My boss was more concerned that we keep his business, and tuition. I wanted to get the child out of our care because I felt really helpless to control him and what he shared with the other kids.

I don't think he got removed from the home.

So are we going to get a basement thread for that discussion? What's the status on that? Anyone know?

Can we please stop talking about the size of this creeps anatomy? Pretty pretty please?

Considering what he did to Alanna...

:(

Just for the record that is not what I was referring to. I was being serious when I said we now know why LE found the thong underwear when searching TH's house.

Sorry, wasn't talking you, or anyone specifically.

Just general the conversation!

The conversation kind of made my stomach turn, but I probably should have kept the thought to myself.

I understand. And I can clearly see how my post could have been misinterpreted. Just needed to clarify. :)

Where was Tyler Holder from the 2nd of July until July 8th?

  • #532
Good article.

Interesting in that LE chose not to use a SWAT team.

Early indications are that Holder showed warning signs of possible violent behavior, yet no one seemed to treat him as a real threat. Even police, when they went to arrest Holder, chose to not use a SWAT team. They somehow hoped that a young man accused of uncommon brutality and murder would surrender peacefully.

Part if the problem is, some things aren't prosecutable. You can't lock a kid up because he looked at me funny, or because he scares me. (You can prosecute slashed tires, and pulling a knife, though.)

I think it was the same with the child I mentioned in my daycare. What he said, was clearly a problem, but it wasn't proof that he was being abused. At most, it might result in a red flag, or opening an investigation, but so often there's nothing the authorities can do. It's outside their authority.

I believe on the 5th he was giving LE his DNA at his house.

Correct, according to the arrest warrant. And IIRC I think on the 3rd LE went to his home and nobody was there so we are assuming he was out of town for the holiday.

I don't think he was out of town for the holiday, I think he was avoiding the area and perhaps talking to an attorney. jmo.

Oh, you don't think he went fishing?

I wonder if he was interrogated by 'you know who' and he assured her that he knew nothing. JMO

Ya, hard to imagine someone could murder a little girl and then flit off for the holiday. Unless they didn't have a soul.

Well, since it appears to be on the table.....

It's hard to imagine someone could murder a little girl and then solicit on CL about an hour after her body was found. Unless they didn't have a soul, of course.

I wonder what he was doing all of the days until he was arrested.

I think some online games.

Did he meet with friends?
