If TH covered the inward camera (so he hadn't done the cocsine yet) AFTER abducting Athena ... so... why did he abduct Athena?

Abducted her so he could force her to see him snorting cocaine so he could kill her for seeing him?

Sure, if you ignore the sexual assaults.

Worthless report.

I think you’re right - the timing doesn’t fit.

If he was snorting cocaine while in the driver’s seat then the camera would have captured it.

If he was in the back of the truck then Athena couldn’t have seen him.

Please, please, please land this plane.

He's directing this cross.

Make her admit that TH abducted Athena before he covered the inward camera which he said he covered to snort cocaine... so Athena could not have seen him snorting any cocaine until she was in the truck.

There is only one reason an adult male steals a little girl, as evidenced by the evidence in this case.

Cocaine may have fueled his rage and brutally but it wasn't because Athena saw him do it.

Doctor's whole report was based on a lie.

I’m surprised we’ve heard more about the 10 diagnoses that aren’t relevant to what he did and not saying the coke made him do it

^^^Not that coke would have made him do this^^^^ that’s not what I’m saying.

Not sure what the witness was working to prove with TH's catastrophizing leading to covering the camera. Murdering a child and wanting to cover it up. Pending catastrophe is life in prison. Of course he was catastrophizing. That doesn't mitigate anything. He still did it.

yeah, I follow you, but making him the victim of 10 diagnosis makes him more a victim in the defense's eyes than does a cokehead only at the mercy of his own poor drug fueled decision making. JMO

Fair and yeah that makes sense. Making jury more mad instead I hope

they all end up being witnesses for the prosecution by the end of questioning

WFAA reporter pretty much said that jury and others in courtroom have been rolling their eyes.

This is the defense’s BIG witness that they have paid $100,000

I agree with you, the state has been on their game today and really did one heck of a job with this cross. I can't think of how they could have done better. I hope the jury will see this lady and her report for what they are.

She must have known that this would be a high profile case yet her report seems sloppy and not well reasoned.

Did she develop tunnel vision in order to fulfill her contract with the defense? I’m not watching but from what y’all are posting here it sounds like the state is dismantling her entire report.

She was a good free witness for the state 👌

Bottom line......he chose to do everything he did.

IMO, the horrible video makes all this silly defense tactic just completely useless and insulting. Nothing has really been mitigating, IMHO.

DBM because triggering.
Best not to dwell on it too much.
IMO.

The coke-heads that I have known over my years, all have a tell-tale sign of SNIFFING post snorting. Was there any audible sniffing heard on the video? Did we see him nose-swipe on the camera, before he covered it up? No, we didn't. Dude was broke, he didn't have any coke, and this line of BS is incredulous. IMO

Oh the questions she didn’t ask TH about the torture and murder….she’s completely in it for the money.

What led you to feel the cocaine part isn't believable?
The part where he takes a break to do a line before getting back to the assault/murder.
It just doesn't ring true to me.
Regardless, cocaine didn't cause this either.
Evil did.
IMO.

I think she developed tunnel vision to fulfill her own need to validate her own magical thinking. Why else would someone put their name on a report based entirely on lies. She is probably genuinely offended that anyone would point out the fact that she was duped. moo
