when she interviewed TH shew as not fully aware of all the lies TH had told up to that point. She is now. She wanted to assess for herself what was lies and what wasn't. But she concluded he wasn't malingering.

The overall information she received (from defense) leads her to believe he is not malingering.

TH told her in addition to trying to strangle her, he tried to break her neck, he choked her, did another line of cocaine, stopped by creek or cheek (she can't decipher her own note), and gave Athena physical blows using his fists and his feet.

She doesn't recall specifically what he said about fists and feet. Even though that is the first time he's ever admitted that part of his violence perpetrated on the child. But she felt it wasn't important enough to note.
