Does she believe what she is saying do you think or was she liking the 100k?

This is such a weird professional report

Yes. Planned, maybe, but only minutes into the future, without regard to obvious consequence. It seems extraordinarily impulsive. How do you "plan" something like this in such a way that you're so obviously going to be the prime suspect and so obviously going to be captured?

Maybe he just has a broken "consequences" circuit. You could argue that he was aware of the 40 hour recording limitation and egotistically thought he wouldn't be a suspect until that time expired, but given his google searches it doesn't seem like his awareness was that deep.

No, I really think this wasn't planned more than ten minutes in advance. I feel like it was an impulse. Maybe the impulse had been simmering for quite some time, but a fourth-grader could have planned this crime better than he executed it.

At least that's how I see it.

Except, two days in a row, he turned off the forward dashcam over an hour before arriving at addresses with little girls.

She conveniently doesn't remember if he ever covered up the camera on any other occasion except when he was on Athena's road two days in a row.

I assume witnesses didn’t hear the video. She should be forced to listen to what happened after this testimony.

he drove twenty minutes to where he wanted to sexually assault her, that wasn't impulsive was it?

State is on FIRE today with this cross.

I am not even watching, I’m just reading ya’ll’s running commentary on here and my blood is boiling at this witness. I don’t know how Athena’s mama can sit and listen to this. I want to reach through and lay hands on this witness myself. What absolute BS. It’s like selling your soul for $100k to testify like this. 😭

she claims when he put her in the truck he didn't plan to kill her, it was only after she was in the truck he thought now I've made it worse, I have to get rid of her.

State says what about what happened in the middle? The sexual assault.

He abducted her, he SAd her and then he killed her. you listened to the audio. you heard him say take off your shirt, take off your clothes. He took the time to SA her in the middle of the abduction and the murder. Yes.

WITNESS admits None of the ten disorders she has diagnosed him with caused what he did to Athena.

IMO she’s twisting facts in order to fit the defense’s desired result.

100k buys a nice high end Mercedes. Just saying…
JMO of course

you will agree that he was extremely calous with the way he treated Athena? Yes. Doesn't antisocial personality explain why he has such extreme callousness and disregard for Athena? No.

Pedophilic disorder? He doesn't have a pattern of sexual attraction to prepubescent children.
And how did you determine that? What discovery the defense provided me and he self reported nothing like that.

I will have to laugh or I will cry right now this lady is a joke bought and paid for.

I can appreciate your well thought out perspective. It does make some sense. But don’t forget he had covered his cam a couple of days previously as well - before he stopped at the neighbor’s house and asked 2 little girls if their parents were at home. MAYBE the actual murder wasn’t planned, but imo it’s clear he planned to take a little girl. I don’t think he thought beyond satisfying his own disgusting wants. But it doesn’t seem to have been a long fight (none at all) with his conscience before he decided to take her life.

IMO, his inability to do what he really wanted to do to her made him furious and he took that anger out on her without any hesitation. IOW, he didn’t try to fight his own urges at all.

I’m sorry, this witness is not credible at all.
