I thought it was an hr which would be now. They may be finishing the charge before they return.

Who knows with this court?

Yeah, I'm glad to see some Texas trials being streamed but they really need to get organized about it, we're used to some professionalism and timeliness in our live viewing (excepting AZ trials lol).

I'm glad too. Haven't seen much of this trial, but the Brandon Daniel trial was quite interesting to watch. Very professional, not always on time. They really kept things moving along.

This trial basically lasted 3 1/2 days not counting today. No make that 2 1/2 days.

BD's was 4 days. The penalty phase was longer than the guilt phase. It was 5 days - He got the DP! :)

We like to move 'em along here in Texas. That's just how we roll! :)

5 minutes? In lawyer parlance we might get started in another hour, geesh.

Why didn't they get ready over the lunch break? This judge is too lenient.

:dunno: If I were on this jury, I'd have to refrain from laughing at the idea of suicide. That to me is just ridiculous.

I think she is guilty. :gavel: The witness the defense called was useless, IMO.

Pretty certain she'll be convicted of his murder but maybe not get the death penalty, don't think they'll figure she's a continuing danger to society.

I believe she is guilty also. Why would you choose to burn yourself to death. With the evidence the state showed they should find her guilty. imo.

Unless you are from India the witness for the defense would not make any sense to you.
