I'd like to see more videos of their arrival as they ascended on the place. Perhaps they parked on the RIGHT 4th level and didn't need the elevator?
I read the ceilings were high so clearing commerical vehicles under 13' 6" shouldn't be a problem and likely a requirement of Unified Building code for that complex built in 2015.

That is strange to me. They would not have been able to continue CPR easily on the stairs. In many buildings near where I live, the security team/person has the key to hold the elevator on a floor for a medical emergency until the EMS team is ready to go. Did the EMS team walk up the four floors? Or, use the elevator?
