It's a joke of a theory/excuse, objectively. But frankly, I've expected to hear lots of magic DNA ideas invented by defense for this trial. Not sure how this specific one will play to the jury, but I trust there will be expert witnesses addressing all the wild claims of some sort of airborne or jinky DNA transfer. Both sides know that if the state can effectively prove she was IN HIS TRUNK, and get the jury to see it, he's going away for a long time, and maybe more.

This whole thing is getting ugly. And it doesn't surprise me one bit that Hunter didn't testify.

I'm still confident that the evidence will be enough to put him away. There is no logical answer to why her dna would be in his trunk other than him being guilty

I believe this is misquoted. She testified earler that Christina was upset that Foster would not come get her.

So just because not everyone is from this area- I want you guys to know that granite parkway (the area that her phone pinged) was just being built up at the time this was going on. Construction galore. She would not of been being picked up in that area. It's mostly realtor offices, restaurants that had been closed for a long time, a hotel and shopping center that were being built..

They had a fight it seems like. He ignored her. She tried to get his attention with asking for drugs for EA to get his attention. Seems he ignored her over and over and she was sad and wanted to go home and try to sort it out with him. I know plenty of girls like that and have probably been one in my younger days. That's my theory.
