Imo, he didn't care to wonder sooner, but he didn't know something happened or he wouldn't have called her.

He could have waited so long to try calling because they were fighting that night. Maybe he thought she needed a break. Then he found out she was legitimately missing.

I need to find the link but I remember that Hunter had said he didn't respond to her because he had lost his phone. So if that's the case what difference does it make where it was pinging from? That would mean the phone was in one place but he could have been in another. Unless of course he hadn't lost his phone and was lying when he was first asked.

Totally agree with you about juror perspective. I was just thinking from an overall scheme of things, this bit of info tells me he didn't know she was (or helped make her) missing.
