spring creek is in plano and Nebraska furniture mart is in The Colony. Maybe its hard to know from a map...but they're not close.

Hello, they are close together. Spring creek is the next exit off 121 from nfm. I work in an office and take that spring creek exit to get there. Spring creek and then legacy going 121 north.

Sounds to me like neither side could prove when the damage occurred

Still catching up but yes reasonable doubt to me even though so much other stuff is a lock. Moo

Based on this info, it appears both CM and AE phones were together at the same location pulling same tower at 5800 Granite Pkwy for at the very least 4:17-4:56 am = 39 mins. A little confusing!

If I'm a juror, I'm definitely going to be wondering where the hell is HF. Two options here) 1: A single juror (or more) go home and google Hunter Foster after a few days of not seeing his face or a darn good explanation of where he is (i.e. dead) even though it's against the Judge's instructions. or 2: The jurors are going to be googling after the trial is over to figure out WTF?

I know option 1 is bad, but I can't believe every juror in the history of the jury system has obeyed the Judge's instructions to not go find out more. Hopefully if they do go look it up they have enough sense not to go around talking about it at the court house.

Still catching up but will say with100% certainty, when I made a federal jury this past year, I listened to the judge and didn't google anything. There's something so real about jury duty you don't want to mess it up. I hope that's the case here.

Just an observation, not that it means anything: It looks like Christina and HF did not share a phone plan, since they each use a different carrier. Seems like that would be one of those "money saving" things young couples would do so they have money for other stuff. I know our kids, in their 20s and 30s, have switched their plans to take advantage of a shared plan.

Still catching up but probably they were young enough to still be on parents plan. Moo

What if it was payback for a drug deal gone wrong or something bigger? And HF and EA are "victims" as well? What if her death was because of a larger crime she witnessed? This is the picture I think they are painting.

Here is a map with stops because people keep asking about a map. It's a general map to see distance... The stops I added were the shops of legacy, granite parkway (chose a hotel that's there now just for the address) Kroger in Allen (where they had footage and the city he lives in) and sprint where he worked in Wylie. Hopefully it helps!

In regards to spring creek exit and Nebraska furniture mart- I don't know how you would get to nfm from spring creek but I will just believe you that there's a way. I can't visually see it Lol

Hope this helped!!!

*going back over the thread*
JMHO if HF does not testify then how will the jury know HF was or was not with his phone. Possible they may be able to enter LEO interview but as a juror I would wonder why he was not there as a witness. Judge had HF kept at the county jail in case he changes his mind or an appeal (from what I gathered from reporter tweets)

BBM As a juror, I would probably wonder why EA isn't testifying & explaining what happened...

Way early on we had a insider state CM was on her dads phone plan and that's how he was able to review her phone calls etc. So hf would have had a separate account

Clearly the defense here wants to distract the jury with a mysterious boogeyman. That's true. And there are lots of bad people out there in the world to pick from, and try to cast the blame on.

But
- EA was the last person she was ever seen with,
- he lied to everyone about where she went and what he did after they left the apartment and what he did that night,
- he did not go straight home after reaching the garage, as he claimed,
- evidence shows that after the garage they were both in his car, here and there,
- at some point he put her IN HIS TRUNK, and
- she was never seen or heard from again.

I think what happened is glaringly obvious and imo this is going to be a fairly easy guilty verdict for the jury to make.

Will the jury heard EA's statements?
Will they be made aware of his lies and the changes in his story.
So frustrating he won't be made to give evidence.
I would just wish he would stand up there and speak for himself.

Going to court today! Only the media is able to tweet or have communication inside the courtroom so Ill have to take notes.

It is common for an accused to not testify. It is uncommon for a long time friend/bf to not get up there and ball his eyes out with pain and devastation. IMO. And if I'm a juror, that would stand out to me.

Hi, they've added a street from spring creek that leads to nfm named grandscape Blvd and leads right to the parking lot. Now that I think about it, this street was complete way before nfm construction was done but not sure it was there when Christina was kidnapped. If not, it's nothing to take 121 to the next exit going north. The exit after spring creek is legacy which is considered Plano on that side of the highway. That area is very fuzzy on what's considered Frisco or Plano. Here's the picture again of the area. I forgot to mention Sam Rayburn is the toll portion of 121.

6 things you need to know about the Christina Morris kidnapping trial
By Valerie Wigglesworth 12 September 2016

Updated at 12:40 p.m. Includes Monday's testimony.

Testimony continued Monday in the trial of a man accused in the disappearance of Christina Morris. The 23-year-old Fort Worth woman was last seen at Plano's Shops at Legacy with Enrique Arochi just before 4 a.m. Aug. 30, 2014.

Plano police arrested Arochi in December 2014. He is charged with one count of aggravated kidnapping. The 26-year-old Allen man has pleaded not guilty.

The judge called for a break in the trial just before lunch on Monday, and it will resume on Tuesday. After three days of testimony in what's expected to be at least a two-week trial, here are some highlights:

Here's an aerial view of my campus. The wooded area in the bottom is backed by spring creek. We have several trails that go through there and quite a bit of wildlife. I've always wondered if it was ever considered an area of interest during the search. There is more wooded area on the campus as well. You don't have to have an id to walk the trails.

"Cellphones typically use the cell tower closest to them, unless something like a building or terrain gets in the way, in which case a phone uses the next-closest cell tower, according to phone company experts who testified."

ah terrain!

"Arochi's phone pinged the cell tower near Spring Creek Parkway and Coit Road at 3:57 a.m"

COIT and Spring creek makes it easier to visualize where on spring creek that is.

"Scrapes and blades of grass found on the undercarriage suggest the car backed up in a grassy area at one point."

I don't remember seeing the last part about grass before now...

The link is the one cold pizza posted.

I doubt he takes the stand. He sucks at talking as he showed in interviews.

I hadn't heard this before either. I wonder if it was possible to test the residue to better pinpoint a location. IIRC there was another case in Maricopa, AZ where they tested the person's abandoned car. This was in the desert so it might be completely different.
