Now that I'm up to speed LOL. ...

FWIW, the photo they mentioned wasn't a print in her pocket or wallet, fwiw, so not something they would have found, or would be able to search for. Contextually, must have been a selfie of some sort of her at the party, sent to HF.

You're losing me man, and I'm trying really really hard. There's been no comment of it being a print or wallet pic. It was a picture found on HF's phone and what they used to determine the hand with a ring and 2 keys was likely Christina.

That's a very good point. And as horrible as it is to say, they could find Christina and not release that information to the public for months. It has happened in another case I followed. I'm not saying that's what has happened, because I don't believe that to be the case, but it's something to keep in the back of your mind.

OMG, thanks for actually typing this out. I've been wanting to say this for weeks. I thought I was the only person who thought this. Your right!! They may have already located her, and are in the process of an intense forensic investigation and we just can't know any of that (yet). It's not fair and it's not "ethical" (in our minds) but sometimes it's necessary for LE to get a conviction and to solve the case, that is their ultimate job.

To further carry on this non-issue item, there was no "she's wronng, she's lying" comments. It was a few people ttrying to determine if LE said it wasn't Christina or a Mother's wishful thinking. Remember, there were zero links and we STILL have nothing definitive. Some people like facts. Me included. There was certainly no disrespect towards Jonny or Anna, so really nothing to see here.

At the risk of carrying non-issue further is BF tweeting "Jonni confirmed that body found near Love Field is not CM" hopefully put it to rest.

I suspect LE didn't have to search any empty properties. My belief is that EA's mythical real estate boss had no mythical properties to sell. LOL But, who knows.

If there were vacant properties, more than likely they would have been shown within the last 4 months.

The "girlfriend" could have been a "one-sided" affair.. That name was taken off the visitors list rather quickly...

If I understand correctly, the jailer (or prisoner) is the one who gives these names during in-take/booking. I wonder if she started getting bombarded and had no clue she was even listed. One sided affair....I do believe that!! He's a desperate lying man, may still not even believe his life is forever changed as we speak!
These kind of ppl are the ones at trial (ex: Jodi Arias) who think they can lie their way to freedom. Poor dude, might need to start getting comfy and stop worrying about lowering his bond lol.

To further carry on this non-issue item, there was no "she's wrong, she's lying" comments.

And no one said there were.

It was a few people trying to determine if LE said it wasn't Christina or a Mother's wishful thinking. Remember, there were zero links and we STILL have nothing definitive. Some people like facts. Me included. There was certainly no disrespect towards Jonny or Anna, so really nothing to see here.

I didn't see any disrespect from you towards Jonni or Anna, but I wouldn't say the same of some of the other posts when it came to that topic. In that discussion here, the challenge to the info that it wasn't CM whose body was found was not "we don't know if J or A said that" (ie, lack of a link) but rather "how could she know, she needs to prove to us outsiders that she has heard from LE before we can believe her." I felt that attitude was EXTREMELY disrespectful to family of CM (who have no reason to lie about what they know), and I still do.

Surely if they've found her body, they wouldn't hide it from her family.

I think it's safe to say it's been put to rest. IMO

Yes, the market in DFW is booming. Houses of all price ranges are going like hot cakes.

Correct.. I realize it was either a selfie, or a pic someone took with her phone and not an actual paper photo.. probably just a party pic.. but did she send that to HF? If they were "fighting", it does seem a little strange.. but it could mean nothing.

I'm afraid that's how you took it, but based on the posters who questioned it (me included) it's more of the mindset that we are creature of habit and would like definitive facts and links. Mooooving on now.

Why not, her family didn't even know her DNA was found in his trunk until a day before the warrant went public.
I'm not saying that I do in fact believe she has been found, but I'm 50/50. She might be, only they know for sure.

If there is nothing to tie EA to real estate (license, work history, family) then maybe he just put it on his profile just because? I think my little brother says he's the owner of his favorite football team on his profile, lol, and he definitely is not. Maybe it's an interest of his or has some other meaning but not actually a job he ever had.

Interesting comparison to Jodi. I do think there's a huge difference between the two. IMO Jodi has the balls of the biggest longhorn steed in Texas, while EA...not so much. Since he claims tto have texted her after his fight with the tire iron, I'm sure LE was all over it.

Wow, I didn't realize LE ever did that! Did they at least inform the family in the case you mentioned?

I'm not talking about mythical stuff here. It is very real and quite possible he placed her body on private property.

I didn't respond to something you said, when I mentioned a mythical boss and mythical properties. I was responding to SaintGirl's idea that LE should search the properties owned or being sold by EA's "real estate boss" with the idea that EA would have had extra access to such places. But (my point was) such a search would be very short indeed, if you have a mythical boss with mythical properties (reflecting my skepticism that EA was ever truly in the real estate biz in any way).

Because they were concerned enough to let the family know the DB in Dallas wasn't Christina. Why prolong their hurt? Doesn't make sense. IMO

But would they continue searches? That just seems so cruel. I remember when TES went to help and left shortly after I was wondering if they found something or learned something but that was long ago.. It feels long ago anyhow.

I am curious about a couple of statements in the arrest affidavit. LE makes a point of mentioning a few items that they feel were originally in CM's possession, (driver's license, credit card, keys & ring).. Is it possible these were found in EA's vehicle? Any thoughts??

http://www.documentcloud.org/documents/1384021-morris-docs-121914.html#document/p1

Iirc, spelled out in the affidavit, often times a predator keeps a token after committing a sexual motivated killing.
While taking EA's room apart, LE would be looking for an item belonging to Christina - like her gold ring.
LE pointed out that Christina's ring was noticeable in a picture taken of her August 29/30.
Since the items are listed, along with other reasons, for the purpose of obtaining a search warrant, LE would be looking for those items while searching his house.
EA didn't suspect LE to show up at his house so let's hope EA kept one or more of Christina's belongings.

Wait, what? Are you sure? Where? I think you may be noticing a reference to the pic of her hand holding keys, but ...

ETA - Thanks for the help guys. I see it now. Sheesh. Color me blind!
Yeah, I missed it too.

From the context in which you mentioned it, replying to LE's mention of keys and so on, and a conversation about LE looking for other things, I thought you were talking about a print itself, not a selfie. Gotcha now.
