IMO If she banged on the door then criminally negligent homicide is out the window.

In Oscar Pistorius case ( I know different country ) they threw out the “ear witnesses”.
I do hope the ear witness can come in ...esp if the door data says the door was locked.

Jurors are being sworn in one-by-one right now, so opening statements should start soon.
This was an error, when the Judge called them in one-by-one she was making sure no one had read the interview in the news report made by the DA over the weekend. The jurors were just now sworn in together. Opening statements have begun.

Court TV reported just a moment ago that we will hear testimony from the neighbor who allegedly heard Jean answer the door and he and Guyger exchange words.

Prosecution opening statement: the trajectory of bullet shows Jean was moving from a sitting to standing position as he was shot; "crouching down"

The state says Bo was either cowering down or getting up from his couch ...Because of the path of the bullet.

So she was texting her partner while she was on the 911 call. So that's why she wasn't giving him any aid---busy texting.

Omg.
Does this fact come in even if the content of the texts does not?

These texts are interesting. Maybe these texts are damning. If she was going to meet up with him later that night - she wasn’t as tired as she may seemed. Yikes! 3 mins to call 911.

Does the fact that she was planning a bootie call come in even if the content of the texts does not?

3 minutes and 44 seconds.
From the phone call to her partner to the phone call to 911.

I got physically sick at this.
This has to come in.
The prosecutor needs to show the jury exactly how long this is.

Pros. OS: AG had resided at the complex for 2 months at the time of the incident.

The partner is on the witness list, and the state intends to ask about the relationship and content of the messages. So it should get into testimony even if the jury can't physically look at the text messages.

Pros. OS: AG spent most of the workday at the Dallas PD office. She worked 13.5 hours. About 8AM to 9:45PM on her timecard, but she left closer to 9:30PM.
ETA: [I believe Pros. said AG and her team arrested 3 individuals that day, but that it was standard and even mundane police activity for her team.]

“She was not laying asphalt “
State said this toward her work..

AG had been with CRT team for 1.5 years [I believe he said working with Rivera in some capacity that whole time]. Her and Rivera had been intimate for a year, on and off. The relationship was ramping back up at the time of the incident.

Rivera is the partner and romantic/sexual relationship.

Re. her and Rivera's conversations during the year of intimate relations: The SMS messages on her phone were deleted a day or two after the incident and the state/LE was unable to recover them. There also were a lot of snapchat messages, the content of which has been unrecoverable.

They are showing sexual text messages to the tone of "I'm really horny today too" already in the OS. It seems like that info is definitely getting in directly. There was no objection.

I want the prosecutor to have 3 minutes and 45 seconds of silence in the courtroom.

I understand now why the grand jury upped her charges!
