I also do NOT think BD is purposely lying. I do think everyone's perception of circumstances can be totally different, and I do think that she might have a tendency to believe people and their stories and be a little more trusting than I am.

That is something I have though of as well. Especially with what Dean said about "family" not being "forthcoming" (open) with the "discernment" (ability to perceive, grasp, comprehend) the truth: someone may be having trouble realizing what the real truth may be? :waitasec:

I'm taking the words he used literally and he may have just been grabbing them out of thin air - and I could be barking up the wrong tree. But it was just something that stuck with me here.

dont think BD lied about the poly, the LE do at time tell someone that the other person told them everything just to get you to tell. dont know if thats true in this case but IMO that could of been the case. I do believe she is telling the truth about things and i realy do believe she is only tryn to bring her baby home. you can see it all over her she is realy taking this hard. IMO

BD stated on NG that she was informed SA did not pass his polygraph. That is the reason she asked SA to leave her home.JMO, I do believe that LE did in fact tell this to BD. There would be no logical reason for BD to go on National TV, NG, to tell the world she and her BF failed a poly. LE does NOT have to tell the TRUTH while investigating, interrogating or questioning someone nor do they have to tell the general public the truth either.

Yep,BD did say that's why she asked SA to leave the house and LE can say whatever they want knowing more than we do about the case.However the family has to be truthful to LE while an investigation is going on about thier missing child.And I also would like to say that eight days later BD was still saying SA came home from work on NG knowing he had been fired that morning.So from the beginning on a missing person case,family and friends need to be honest with the public and LE so it will not look suspicious.

That's what I thought, too. I thinks he knew on NG but didn't want to get into the whole 'no job anymore' story on national TV. I don't know. I'm not in her shoes. If she really believes SA wasn't involved, perhaps she was just trying to keep his private matter just that... private. And focus on her daughter. We have no idea what they told LE. I'm sure it wasn't kept from them - it's pretty easy to verify with an employer.

I honestly don't blame BD for not wanting to share (with the public) some of her personal biz..The problem with that tho is when the 'truth' comes out it appears like 'lying'..That's unfortunate for BD.

IIRC, LE has never revealed this 'work' scenario along with many other things they feel are not for us to know when it comes to this case..I don't believe MSM has reported this 'work' story either but surely they know from the NG show when BD was forced to come clean on this issue by NG.

The most important thing related to finding Hailey is when was the last time SA saw her & what she told him her plans 'supposedly' were..What time SA actually got home that day & the 'job' issue is really just something for us (& LE) to use against SA if we believe him to possibly be involved in her disappearance.

Well that is good news. I wish she would get an attorney since she is being lumped right in there with those that are changing stories. Not directly of course since they aren't pointing at anyone in particular.

So the two girls have come forward and are talking to LE - good. Wonder how the school assembly went?

I really hope Billie takes that second poly - on the stipulation that it is administered by the FBI.

I also think she is trying to protect SA,because she's known him for so long and not believing he did anything,but worried he might have.I'm not sure if that would affect the polygraph,she sounds very confused and torn.I just keep feeling her and CD think she ran away,but not knowing for sure.

This is very out of the ordinary. I can't recall the last case where LE went and addressed the student body of the missing child's school. Grief counselors, extra guidance counselors yes - but to address the students in an assembly. Highly out of the norm. There is a reason for this - IMHO they have some individuals in mind and they want to watch them during this assmebly. But I said that earlier.

I'm not seeing in this article that LE went and addressed the student body at Hailey's school. Am I missing something?

But I have a sneaking suspicion she isn't the "only" one. Right now SA alledgedly has an attorney so I'm thinking he won't be taking any poly's any time soon. JMO.

I'm not Blinks but will try to clarify...
LE took BD's cell phone and has not returned it, although, LE has received the cell phone records, the cell phone is in LE custody and if the cell phone number is called it goes straigh to voicemail.
Folks were concerned that BD has no phone. What if Hailey were to attempt to call her Mother, she can't.
BD has a new phone but there is no way that Hailey has the number.

shaking my head. Something is wrong here. No way, no way has LE got the phone turned off with no way for Hailey to call her mom (or LE if they have it on, BD would certainly have given permission for it to be answered). Someone is misunderstanding or something is weird. At the least her cell carrier could have issued her a new phone with the same number.

Either we have a completely incompetent LE on a level I have never before seen, where they take away the only means for a missing child to call home, or something is very screwed up. I believe LE can be incompetent but not to that very basic extent. Even the dog catcher would figure out that if a child is a runaway or in trouble but alive, they need a way to contact the family.

The only thing I can think is that someone in LE abducted her imo because there is no reason for them to turn off the only access she has to home. NONE. Unless it was to cover for himself. Now I am not saying that its what happened but it is the only possible reason i can come up with from LE's side.

In that video I posted at 2:36 the cheerleading photo,it looks like her with bleached hair to the right.I'm wondering if it is her,they should show both those pics in case she's bleached her hair,that's if she ran away.I'm kind of torn if something happened to her before Monday night,but just saying.

And it took all this time for the girl to remember this? Do parents not know who their kid is hanging around? I don't expect a 13 year-old girl to remember what she did but didn't a parent recall that their kid was with Hailey during the time in question? It appears to me from what we read that these kids run around very freely in this town. I guess it's a different lifestyle since I live in the suburbs of 2 very large cities IDK.

I would be interested to know the date/time stamp of this video. Is it of the day that she went missing?

Gosh, I really hope this is the case and it's a video from the day she went missing. That, imo, would show that LE is making some head-way into her disappearance.
