IMHO, and I could be way off base because I haven't followed this case as closely as all of you, but..............I think she was already dead or gone when Billy left for work. She just THOUGHT she saw her in bed or she was there, but perhaps not alive.

When the b/f got to work and hadn't heard from Billy, he knew he had the day to dispose of Hailey. He left work and shut his phone off just when he got to town. Then he was UNKNOWN LOCATION for a couple of hours.

IMHO, she's probably between her mom's house and SA's mom's house.....or somewhere that could have been gone to and back within the allotted time.

JMHO

No offense, but don't you think it would be a little risky to murder your girlfriend's daughter in the middle of the night, knowing she would probably look in on her the next morning? And without making any noise?
How would he have killed her without Billie hearing? If he came in Hailey's bedroom and started attacking her, Hailey would have woke up and screamed. There would have been a struggle, which would have made enough noise for Billie to hear. There is no way he could have raped and murdered her without causing some racket.

It's not just the videos, but the MM site as well. Have you checked out the thread and read the stuff? It's when you put it all together....

http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=125252&page=20

I have read every thread here about this case, signed up and read his posts on the MM forum, and watched all of those videos (to the detriment of putting off school work....yikes!). Under circumstances not surrounding this case, then I would see a bunch young guys trying to get attention with shock value. I actually laughed at how ridiculous some of those videos were.

Throw in the specifics of this case, then yes, it raises red flags with SA, along with a few other things. However, I still don't see it as alarming as a lot of posters here do. I know no one will agree with me, that's just my :twocents: on it.

They had to have internet at one time...that how she meant SA.

Well I think she felt pretty free to use the internet at work for her own personal surfing so she could have been using it there.

MOO

I believe what was reported in the statement made by DB (the person with whom Hailey stayed for a month last year). She said there was a blow up around Christmas time regarding Hailey wanting to move in with Clint. I believe tensions were high during the holiday (higher than usual because Hailey wasn't in school and therefore around the houses more). I'll find the article and post it.

Something that keeps poking at me is when Billie confirmed that Hailey had indeed moved away for a month (when she was only 12) to live with DB. Billie said that she let Hailey try it but then told her she had to come home and she didn't think Hailey really liked it anyway. It sounded more to me like it was not Hailey's decision to come back. This has always been strange to me; a 12 year old being so unhappy that she would leave her family and school to go live with someone who once dated a relative.

I've been following the case fairly closely. I remember her statements.

But well, in most mother-daughter relationships, there is that period of time when heads are being butted, if you know what I mean.

I think SA acted alone (based on the facts that we know). There must have been a trigger, something out of the ordinary-every-day-you-annoy-me type thing. The "fiance" label just led me to wonder, speculate that an engagement could have set off a huge to-do that weekend, with things being said that triggered an unusual response in SA. Rage etc.

The soda Monday morning at 6 a.m. maybe needed to pop a couple of pills. If so how long would it take for the "pills", the bad kind, to take effect. Maybe 25 minutes?

That still befuddles me..:waitasec:..if he's thirsty, why not go to the store?..if he was trying to create an alibi, why not go in and pretend to get sick or something? ..but what in the world does going in, grabbing a soda and turning around walking back out in front of people, but speaking to no one do for SA?..what was he trying to accomplish? Was his original intention to go into work as an alibi..and then he was too freaked to stay? IDK..but that is troubling to me no matter how I look at it!

yep, that's about right.

I am just wondering what, other than the report (LE said and BD denies) that they went to an APM and withdrew 140.00 to buy drugs do we know they use drugs. What else has been reported about drug use? That is the only reference to drug use I have seen, but I know I could have missed it since I have not read every thread. tia

yep, that's about right.

I still can not get my brain around why SA even went to work the morning of Dec. 27th? WTH?? It is almost as if he went to work as usual but, for some reason made an impulsive decision to leave immediately after arriving. Per what has been reported, SA just looked at his supervisor and left. This is just such ODD behavior!

I have to wonder if her life was fine before she met him. Like me, I had everything and was going good....then I met HIM and it all went downhill quickly. Whereas I was never late with bills, constant disconnect to disconnect and so on. He sucked me down a blackhole and I wonder if it was the same with Billie.

Been there and done that too:banghead:

We don't have a lot on Clint and Billie.

Clint said that he know Billie for 20 years. So I see that there was Clint for 20 years and than came SA.

I think that Billie is in abusive relationship with SA. I see the denial in her which is the first flag of abusive relationship.

That was my first thought when we heard that he had threatened Billie and Hailey. And I bet he said " I sorry I never do it again". Classic Sign!

I know we heard in an interview that SA left the house at 5:30, I am wondering if BD said that because thats when he usually leaves and she was actually awake at that time or she just assumed thats when he left because she didn't actually see him. ???

LOL!! I am sitting here too...just baffled! It is like he lost touch with reality! Imagine the co-workers just standing there as SA just walks out. They had to have been looking at each other thinking/saying...WTH is up??

Gezzz just find her already, I hate following these cases like so many (forgive there are too many to name) So many want her home....anyone out there just go to LE and tell them what you know, any tidbit, if you have any information just call.

On that thought, I am wondering why someone who knows something has not come forward to try and get the 15K reward. I don't think SA's band of homies feel any sort of allegiance to him when it comes to that kind of money. Living in a tiny town, life would be good with 15K. And, as a side note, I can't see SA keeping his "success" a secret. More than ONE person HAS to know.

Appreciate any thoughts on that from the experienced sleuthers.

LE must have Hailey on video near the motel, where the dogs hit.

Otherwise, WHY would LE offer to show Clint video from the surrounding area?

My guess is to see if he could identify anyone coming or going from the building.

Was the woman who H stayed with last year for a few weeks the same one who said that the family had a big blow-up around Christmas? If so, she was telling the truth about H staying with her, so maybe this happened too, even though Billie's friend denied it.

While I think SA certainly seems guilty, I don't think this was a group thing, with friends involved. But then I never do, so maybe I am wrong, I don't think Terri Horman, if she is guilty, had help either...

What she said !!!

(I have a 27 year old son and 25 year old daughter).

I tried to explain the lyric controversy downstairs, but the short of it is, I doubt they even knew the words to the 2 songs referenced (with shocking lyrics).

Yes, I know what you mean! I think a 12 year old moving away from home during the school year is indicative of an abnormal level of tension. I also see your point that if SA did in fact propose, it could cause an extreme reaction in an already tense situation. Hailey didn't like him and now he was going to become her stepfather (if we believe SA) - it could be a trigger for confrontations...

It islike SA thought they might know something?
Paranoid???
Got scared and left asap.........
Afraid he would get arrested right the and there???
Just a thought.........

I have thought that he might have harmed Hailey in the night while Billie slept, but wouldn't their be some forensics in her room or the house to support this. We haven't heard that they used cadaver dogs in the house, and if not, why not?

They release the house pretty fast. The place that I wonder about is the shed they been back a couple times to search.

Right now poi

Billies friend said that Billie had worked at the hospital for a number of years. By the looks of it it seems to be after she met SA that she was demoted for whatever reason.

IMO not without massive amounts of therapy;)

I disagree. Someone can "grow up" A LOT in a matter of a few years IMO. Especially when the years we are referring to start when the person was 18/19 - 25 .... that's seven years.

If I look at myself at 17 /18 versus where I was at 24/25 ..... yeah. No one would know I was the same person. I was freaking WILD and CRAZY when I was younger ... and a boring old housewife by the time I was 24. No therapy or rehab involved. lol
