Interesting. I don't even recognize the name signing for the state when the last continued to 9/2/2022. Actually, I think a good thing that the parties are being forced to a hearing. Perhaps we will actually have status after the 9/9 hearing.

This Trial Docket was filed 9/9/22 and not sure what to make of it. I believe the Order of the Court is described as "Special Act by the Agreement of the Parties" but I'm guessing on a couple of the words here.
