I don't think he would be. I would normally say he could be "suggesting" the hypothetical that if BB was the culprit and all he did was help dispose of the body, because he would be facing much less.

The problem is that in TX it looks like accessories face the same sentences as principals.

Unless that's a matching shirt and pants with some oddly shaped shoes I'd say she's wearing footie pajamas, too. I wonder who got the kids ready for daycare that day. Was there ever any intention of Maleah going to daycare that day? In pajamas?

According to crimeonline.com, QX is saying human tissue was found inside the drain, and speculated that MD was dismembered.

LE haven't confirmed it yet.

I was not surprised as I couldn’t find any other Texan held on similar charges with a mil’ dollar bond.

Yes. A couple of pointers- make it clear that you are speculating or stating an opinion. Using WS lingo such as IMO (in my opinion), MOO (my own opinion) etc. helps.

Also, it’s better to speculate or opine based on current information about the case - in other words don’t bring in something really odd like dingoes took the baby. And providing links to help back up your theory is always helpful.

Timeline of the Maleah Davis case

The above timeline and others I've seen do not give specifics on what time BB left for the airport. Is it possible that Darion thought BB had already left when he came home with M? When he brought her in he realized BB was still there and had to...silence M. The only reason I can think of for Darion bringing M back home is because he thought they'd be alone. I don't think he wanted to kill her. I think he had other things, disgusting things, in mind.

There have been successful murder convictions with no body. And successful murder convictions with no known cause of death. I suspect it will depend on how strong a circumstantial case they can make. And which charge they think will put him away the longest.
