If that bruise was 24 hours old shouldn’t gravity have caused it to start to flow down his face? My stepmom fell up the stairs and smacked her forehead. She didn’t lose consciousness but did break a couple of ribs. Her bruise migrated pretty quickly and by the next day her eyes were starting to show black and blue from the blood migrating. I don’t know how long, medically, it would take to flow or if everyone’s does or if it depends upon how hard or where you were hit.Yes! They show that in the movies, and the victim just falls over. The forehead is not usually the best place to hit someone to knock them out. Takes more force. A haymaker to the side of the head, or a good upper cut, will though. Dude could have had an object in his hand (knucks maybe). Good size knot there.
