Police are trying to identify a man found dead in Olmos Park Basin early Sunday morning.

Police said the body was found by a jogger around 8 a.m. on the 600 block of Devine Road near Alamo Heights Blvd.

Officers said the man was found with no identification, and they are calling it an unnatural death. Police said the man, possibly in his 20s, was very well dressed and not homeless.

Suspect arrested in Olmos Park killing not indicted on murder charges - October

In May, 18-year-old Wyatt Rushing, an apparent old friend of Moriarty's, was arrested and charged with his murder.

Months after his arrest, a grand jury has decided there is not sufficient evidence to indict Rushing.

"How would it be a no bill?" said Bennett. "You had the gun which is an exact match, you have his license plates in the park from a critical witness which is the police, you have Facebook messages, what else can you possibly need?"

A jogger found the body of the victim, Michael Moriarty, on Dec. 18, in the 500 block of Devine Road. According to police, he had suffered several gunshot wounds to his abdomen.

Authorities now say a man named Mike or Mikey might have information on the circumstances surrounding Moriarty's death.

Anyone with information on the killing is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 210-224-7867. Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest of the person responsible for Moriarty's shooting.
