I wonder if his “alibi” text (the one he said he pulled over on his motorcycle to send to KA soon after dropping off MW, the one where he lied about where he had just been) might have been read by KA and really enraged her. To the point of her making the irrevocable choice to move from stalking to killing.
(Or maybe that was the plan all along, who knows. )

But the timeline is interesting.
Adapted from the affidavit re timings on the night of the murder:

-8:16 PM ~ CS and MW leave the parking lot of Pool Burger on his motorcycle (video evidence)

-8:26 PM - KA’s vehicle drives northbound on Maple Ave and then westbound on East 18th St (video evidence)

- 8:35 PM - CS drives northbound through the alleyway, north of East 18th St, on his motorcycle. (video evidence)

- 8:36PM- Unique code given to MW by her friend is used to unlock the friends door (affidavit also says the door system alerts the friend when door is locked, and it was apparently not relocked after this opening)

Also at 8:36: text sent from CS to KA:
"Hey! Are you out? I went to drop some flowers for . at her sons house up north and my phone died. Heading home unless you have another food suggestion"

- 8:37PM: A dark colored SUV drives past a residence with surveillance cameras and slowed down, appearing to come to a stop directly next to the residence where MW was staying. The SUV had features similar to KA’s vehicle (“The SUV appeared to have a large bicycle rack mounted on the trailer hitch ofthe vehicle, a luggage rack mounted on the roof, and what appeared to be chrome around. the windows. No other vehicles were observed on video surveillance passing by until marked emergency vehicles arrived.”)

-8:43PM— CS sends another text to KA before he arrives at their residence [pulls the motorcycle over for a second time to send a text?]. Content of text not described.

- somewhere between 8:30 and 9:30PM: Owner of the property that includes friends apartment tells police sometime during this timeframe he walked into his garage and partially raised his garage door, and he heard what he described as someone running down the stairs that lead to the apartment. He believes he observed a bicycle travel southbound through the alleyway from the apartment.

-8:45PM - A dark SUV drives away quickly as seen on another neighbors video (not in affidavit, from post above).

- 8:48PM - CS drives southbound at a location about 8 mi from crime scene (assuming this is near his residence). (video evidence)

- 9:21PM- CS tells police he sends a third text (content not described) to KA while he is working on bikes in their garage. Per CS, KA arrives at their house shortly after.

- 9:56PM- police respond to 911 call from MW’s friend

I wonde whether the trigger was the text from CS to KA at 8.36? If she had been following them, she would know that he was lying, and whilst the relationship between M and C was supposedly platonic, KA probably thought that the reason he was lying was because the relationship with M was romantic.

Pondering the "Botox charges" and I wonder if it speaks to personality or principles of KA. Perhaps they felt strongly they didn't get the results they paid for or deserved and responded by walking out without paying. IMO could speak both to rigidity in thought and impulsivity. We know so little about KA so I am stuck on this event!

No intention here to sleuth the sister, the New York State Drivers License apparently obtained by KA's sister on 5/17, and based on the premonition LE has recently interviewed her, my question is "where is the NY State drivers license now"? Was she able to produce it during the interview or immediately thereafter? Or did she tell LE she gave it to KA? I could keep going but I think this is critical info. AMOO

Yes, it is critical information. Especially since when all the smoke has cleared from these revelations about the sister and the campground, the essential question is, Where has KA been for the nearly 1 month since she was dropped at Newark Liberty International Airport on May 18, and what ID is she traveling under?

This does seem a little extreme for a dissastisfied customer, to say the least, and leaving her credit card behind is very odd.

Surely they know what flight she likely go on. I mean there are surveillance photos of her all over Newark airport and I would be willing to be there are also cameras all over the boarding gates etc. I understand that they may be withholding this information but not sure if that makes a lot of sense.

Or, maybe gave a non incriminating, not very likely, but technically possible answer of:

"KA took it with out my permission. I dont really take it out much while long term camping. I thought I had misplaced it. I am shocked and... appalled. No- I have no idea where KA is. Yes, I"ll call if she shows up- I promise...."

A sister may have preferred not to talk to LE without a lawyer present, both in terms of wanting to protect her sister, and if also if CA was afraid that any of her own actions and things she told LE could get her in trouble, herself, information that could be used against her llater in a court of law.

Also, she had no legal obligation to show them her driver's license or to answer the questions.

LE have only stated that KA was dropped off at Newark International Airport and that she does not appear on any flight records. So it is not known if she boarded a flight at Newark under another name, or if she went to Newark airport to take the train, bus, or other means of transportation to travel to another destination.

With the drivers license, it could be that the PI with initials JJ who is sharing this theory with the media is off base. If LE has said anywhere that they think KA is using this ID, I have missed it.

So it is not known if she boarded a flight at Newark under another name, or if she went to Newark airport to take the train, bus, or other means of transportation to travel to another destination.

I thought some of the photos showed her going through security screening but I will look again. If I remember correctly ( I haven't been to Newark airport in a year or so) There is one security screening area for departing flights. Either way, There are cameras everywhere. I am still guessing they have a good idea where she went.

I think all the airport photos released of KA were taken at Austin airport on May 14.

Well, US Marshals claim that they’ve searched hours and hours of cctv footage showing thousands of passengers, plus checked all flight manifests. And that this search is ongoing. So far, no luck.

I can see why he’d think that, particularly because there was that application for a NY license a few days after the LaGuardia airport.

However:
1. It’s been roughly a month since KA was dropped at Newark Liberty International Airport subsequent to the murder warrant going out and CA seemingly distancing herself from her sister for obvious legal reasons.
2. Now that this Christine Armstrong name and information is all over the news, it’s pretty much ruined as an alternate identity.

I’m assuming the US Marshals have been checking this name out.

I don't know of this PI at all, could be that he is wrong, it is based on his own sleuthing.

He certainly doesn't have the respected status of John Walsh.

And I don't know much about Dog, either, except for what I read on here.
