I'm glad they were able to find out who this poor little baby was but it's heartbreaking to know her mother did this to her
There was family who loved her and wanted her, no reason for her to have dragged her to Tx for a new man.
It seems to me like the more humans evolve the worse some get in taking care of their children. What has happened to the matternal instinct?

Either way, the child will likely be born in prison and given to the Ziegler family to raise.

I saw a presser on FNC with the Sawyers family in OH and their attorney. The dad was composed but looked very sad....the grandmother broke down once when she displayed an Elmo doll that she'd bought for Riley for Christmas. They say they plan to bring Riley home and bury her in OH, as we expected. So horribly sad.

What happened? What could make someone kill a beautiful innocent child and throw her tiny body away like she was a piece of garbage.

I'm crying again. I just don't understand.

Also, I will never understand how a man can become more important to you than your chid. Nothing is more precious than your children.

I'm also sickened that this woman is pregnant again.

I don't know what to call them. I cannot use the word mother in describing this woman. :furious: She either hurt her child herself or she let this man do it. Either way she is just as guilty. :furious:

I guess the mother cut a deal and gave her story first. She couldn't save her little girl but she's going to saver herself.

What a horrifying scenario and I don't know what is worse, when something like this happens to a child who has never known love, or it happens to a child like Riley who had people in her life who loved and cherished her...

I wish someone had protected Riley from these horrible, horrible people.

Why didn't the "mother" just leave her in Ohio with her grandmother where she was loved???

I can't wait to get off work and pick up my own little munchkin and hug her and kiss her all over.

This hurts so much. Riley's grandparents and father are in my prayers. I cannot even begin to imagine what they are feeling right now.

Riley, may our Lord in Heaven hold you tightly in his arms. No one will ever hurt you again baby girl.

This just makes me sick. What kind of person would beat a 2-year old with a belt? Why does stuff like this happen? It makes no sense. If Riley's mother didn't want her, it sounds like the grandmother would have been more than happy to raise her along with Riley's father. This just makes me sick.

I just keep thinking that this had something to do with this on-line game these people were playing. I have no idea and I'm not about to try to find out about it. The Channel 13 story just sounds so horrible that it's making me think along those lines. It sounds beyond abuse.

Were they using Riley to act out on this game?

Where has her body been this whole time? The initial reports from Galveston were that she had only been deceased approx 2 weeks. Did they keep her tiny body somewhere and then dispose of her in October?

Another thing that really sickens me is this woman being pregnant by this monster. She doesn't appear to be very far along (from one of the videos last week where her face is hidden, but you can see her body). If Riley has been dead since July, this "mother" has been sleeping with this monster and created another life. :furious: That truly sickens me to no end.

I also don't understand why Kimberly did not give custody of Riley to her ex-boyfriend and his family. They adored her and would have taken such great care of her. Poor little Riley. The only thing that makes me feel even remotely better is picturing her in Jesus' loving arms. At least we know she is there and has His perfect protection and love for eternity.

Well said, englishleigh. Robert had obviously moved on with his life and met somebody new(who could blame him?), and now has a three-month-old son. I believe that poor Riley endured all of the consequences for the animosity that Kim felt for Robert. Twisted.

The reason she didn't give the child up to the father, is because some women are so stupid and bitter at their exes, they would rather see the child hurt then give the child up. Look at the Kelsey Briggs case-another sad example.

Monsters. That is what this egg donor and the that she lived with are. Pure evil, monsters. I don't know if any of you were able to click on the video and listen to the reporter describe what was in the statement, but it is horrible beyond belief. Apparently, Kim is saying Royce and her both beat little Riley with belts, and held her under the water in the tub. Kim says Royce then threw her onto the bathroom tile floor, which is probably where the skull fracture occurred. She says Royce "then gave her pain medicine later". :banghead: :banghead: :furious: :furious: That means little Riley lived for a while - I am crying now, and I want to go throw up. She goes onto say that they put her body in that plastic tub and stored it someplace (I didn't catch where they said - and I can't listen to it again right now). This would explain why the coroner thought she had been dead for about two weeks. He was probably basing that on the fact that she had been in the water for about two weeks. She died in July. Kim says she watched her daughter float off into Galveston Bay. I hate Kim. She is a bitc#. She goes onto state that "Royce tried to kill himself over the weekend, and even wrote a note saying how she wasn't 'guilty of the sins he had committed'." I would like to slam her head into a floor and ask her WHY THE "F" IT TOOK FOUR MONTHS FOR HIM TO FEEL BAD ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED! He is a sick that is only sorry for having been caught. I can guarantee you, his statement will implicate her. Rest in peace little Riley. As certain as I am that both Kim and Royce will roast in Hell, I am certain Riley is at peace. We spoke about this a few weeks ago in my Sunday school class. I asked them to pray for Baby Grace. Someone pointed out that the Bible isn't really concerned about the way we "die". It is more focused on our second "birth" - and where that shall be. I am sorry for the long post, but I am SO thankful to all of you. I don't know why we do this. I am glad there are others that care enough to physically become ill and to grieve and pray for innocent lives that have fought the battle against evil. Just remember - little Riley wins the race.....the monsters that hurt her lose.
