And if she was clean and well groomed, she's surely been SOMEWHERE. You'd get pretty grubby even just on the streets for a week.

Attached you will find 3 pictures of Jane Doe and a press release with some info. Channel 8 news (WFAA) Dallas Texas will broadcast and interview with Jane this evening not sure of the time. She has memories of traveling to the New Orleans airport in a white car. She does not remember any details of the car or how she arrived in Dallas. The scar on her navel is surgical and other then that she is in excellent health. She remembers being around snow as a child but can give not details. We have run her prints through AFIS and facial recognition database for Texas with no hits. Any help your organization can provide is greatly appreciated. I have registered with your forum as Sgt K McKeown and will be watching for any possible hits.

Thanks

Oh I hope we are able to see the interview! I want to hear her 'accent'.

  • #167
I just figured out why I thought she looked familiar. She reminds me somewhat of Stephanie on "Full House".

I'm not very skilled in navigating My Space, but an idea I had was if someone got on there and sent Jane Doe's pics to a few people listed in Louisianna, and asked them to forward them to everyone they know there.

Welcome to WS detective! Well, those new pics make me think she is even more familiar, geez...we will figure this out quickly folks, after all, Ws'ers are pretty great! good work everyone!

Let us know when the interview is up please.

Considering her intelligence and well spoken demeanor, someone from her possible workplace should recognize her if they can get it to go national, such as CNN or msnbc online too.

The additional pics are great...so now they need to release the photo of her tattoo!! They need to contact AMW, too!

I would hate to innundate that Sarg with leads which are so remote. So many of the faces I have seen posted and stats simply don't match her at all. I would recommend not sending in every single missing woman we find unless all the stats really do match up. Just a suggestion if you want him to take any of them seriously after awhile. He will lost interest in our trying to help!

I wonder if they have attempted to hypnotize her. Would that have the potential to unlock some of her memories? They say she is in good health so I assume no outward signs of a possible head trauma that could cause amnesia. Which makes me think the amnesia could be stress induced. What do you guys think?

Wow good job there with gathering info and photos! I forget who mentioned it, but she does look a little like Steffie on Full House!

I agree with SeriouslySearching. Rather than ask him to read our 6 pages of speculating, maybe you can just email him the ones that are solid possibilities. Many of the ones we've suggested have been way off. No sense wasting his time. Not everyone is as crazy as we are. :innocent:

I can tell by those photos...her hair has outgrown a good cut and she hasn't used any highlights or color on it. The highlights you see are natural and so is the coloring.

I dunno, I have pretty much that same haircut.

I'd be interested to know if her legs were shaven, though.

Good thought. It could put a timeframe on her amnesia as to how long she was walking around in a fugue. I also hope they have xrayed for possible skull fractures and the like. She could have been a victim of DV or she could have other medical issues.

I have been thinking about the New Orleans airport aspect. If she was from around south Louisiana or south Mississippi she would be near the airport in Kenner (New Orleans). If she were from the Baton Rouge area than she would use that airport. I have a feeling she was driven to the airport for disposal after a possible injury to her brain or a witness to something horrific or a drugging. In any case, I believe someone was trying to get rid of her without murdering her.

I don't think amnesia victims could propel themselves into air travel without ID, money, so someone had to provide that for her to get to Dallas. Or, she never deported from that airport in a plane but was driven to Dallas and left there.

She could have been at the airport 10 years ago, totally unrelated to this, also. So, I wouldn't put too much stock in that.

Is there a list of missing Katrina people anywhere?
