Yes, the video at the bottom of the page shows the gentleman. Thank you! I attempted to search for it unsuccessfully.

Is that the husband's father?

It’s not the husband’s father, but I don’t think the guy in the video walks exactly like the perp. Yes, the guy’s feet stick out but the perp’s right foot sticks out much more prominently than the left… Also, I think the guy in the video is actually too heavy to be the perp. JMO…

Are law enforcement obligated to tell the truth to the public regarding things like alibis, whether someone is cleared etc, legally? Or can they lie to the public, like they can to suspects, when interrogating them?

They don't have to tell the public anything. I think they are being vague so the perp doesn't know their every step. I think they know a lot more. A case in FL, the Sievers case, they didn't tell the public everything either. Even though that state has the sunshine law that allows the public to see documents but they left a lot of the info out that was important to the case . They are watching the ppl they want to watch in TX

Does anyone know how the bills are paid now since there is no more income from Missy coming in?

Also. Does anyone know who is helping BB with his chronic pain and therapy while he has 3 kids to take care of along with bills?

Is he back to work?

Is his family's business that fruitful?

This video and the Inside Edition one does show us that the gait might not be as uncommon as previously thought. Knowing that means that we perhaps should not have tunnel vision on one POI based on gait alone IMO

Well, it was only mentioned once - in the first press conference. With all the other things they were doing and looking at in the first few hours I don't know how deep a look they had on all the videos and especially since they seemed to be focused on the gait of SP from the videos going into that first press conference. They never spoke about it again.

First news conf was on April 18. At that time they had just collected videos from area businesses.Transcript http://www.websleuths.com/forums/sh...eline-*NO-DISCUSSION*&p=12592838#post12592838 No mention that day of the car in the distance. **also they haven't spoken about most anything more than once, or even the dependencies in the SW's. JMHO

On Tues April 19, 2016 is first we heard of the car. It was Asst Chief Johnson (he did not speak at the first one)

Snip>

"Even amongst our investigators, there are a lot of theories," Johnson said Tuesday. "We’re discussing all possibilities. And we'll go where the evidence leads us."

Johnson said a vehicle can be seen on the video may belong to the killer, but there's not enough information to give the public.
"There’s one surveillance camera where you can see the car in the far corner of the frame, parked in the distance. You can't make out a plate, and we're not even comfortable releasing anything about a possible make or model,” Johnson said.
<<< JMHO this tells me, that they do not think it was a golf cart, since they "can't make out a plate"

True - frequently, LE does not release everything they know. However, rarely do they actually say something to the public that they know is not true. They lie to suspects but not to the public because they lose credibility with the public and it creates material for the defense in a trial.

Regarding MB's truck, that would sure be risky for the perp to, after committing a violent murder, brazenly go outside and rummage thru her truck. There is the risk of being spotted. Also the risk of transferring DNA to the vehicle. The iPad was still there, and you would think the perp would not be able to resist taking that. I just can't see him going to the truck.

Agree, JMHO, Suspect went back out the kitchen door as they stated got in veh and drove straight out. JMHO she was in the area front of the Worship Center doors but maybe in the little hallway across just prior to the first door the suspect opened or in the foyer. And there is a glass top table there that's my orig thoughts and still feel that way :)

We do not know anything about their finances other than what in the SW. We don't know who paid the bills then, or if there was Life Insurance. And IIRC the husband family business is off limits. JMHO

Can we say who he is in relation to the case?

There were comments from locals early on that the campers could see MB through the glass doors and one stated they initially thought they were seeing a rolled up rug until they realized it was a person. If true then MB was either moved to that spot or killed there. IMO

Disclaimer I am on my tablet that had for a year lol and still not good at navigation unit. My mom had surgery and waiting on her to get to room so this occupying me lol.

IIRC those claims were from locals, but they were in Facebook groups so they off limits (don't want anyone get in trouble)

There are 2 sets of glass doors that MB had unlocked. MPD at first news conference said that MB. We don't know how far she went or which direction... Although we do know how the camera videoed the suspect earlier... we don't know what looked like when MB walked in. She could have went to see why door was open if still open and attacked there. Camera would not have picked up in either the Dutch door room or the first door opened in main hallway. Both areas would still be in SW corner of building. Jmho possible that she was partially in hallway or fully and at first sight thought something else. I feel safe saying they weren't expecting what ultimately discovered.

Jmho she was killed where found. Timeline wise. What has been said assault not caught on video but doesn't tell us what was on video. Also jmho we don't know time suspect last seen on video so although many think only few minutes possible to murder and leave prior to first camper arrival. Suspect had until campers entered and fire department or next campers arrive to leave. Hopefully MPD has a lot they are not sharing, I believe they do.

I had taken a screen shot from a TV video doing a segment on MBs murder. The gait of this person caught my eye. I'll also provide a link to the vid. http://www.insideedition.com/videos...s-memorial-service-looking-for-murder-suspect

That capture of people walking was just for visual aids for the report. That was on Wednesday night at the prayer service at Creekside Church. Also that morning is when the K9 was brought in. Can't find on this tablet but if look for news report April 20. There a lot more video outside the church of people walking than shown in that piece. I think Kerry Sanders of The Today show had a lot.

So brazen and personal.....still trying to figure out why ppl feel they need to brutally murder a person for their own cause. She died doing what she loved. Who knows how long this was planned because MB sometimes had her oldest girl help occasionally at these camps. The perp picked this day for that reason, she would be alone. Would like to investigate more the weeks leading to that fateful morning but this case didn't spit out too much info regarding that.

IMHO the perp picked a time more than he picked a day. When MB's daughter accompanied her, it was to classes at 9 am or later, not the 5 am one. So MB would have been alone on any other day at a 5 am class, too.

As for the weeks leading up to Apr 18, you can gather a lot from MB's FB. She was pretty busy. There was a vendor trade show locally. There was the CG trainer trip in Austin. There was a sports playoff event with one of her kids. When the gym manager said she hadn't been in as much lately, I brushed that tidbit off because she was likely just too busy. And unless you have a client you are training at the gym, is it really that necessary to go when you're leading multiple fitness classes in other settings? Maybe to lift weights, but she might have had her own weights at home.

Not sure about oldest but her middle daughter would go to her 9 am class from what KS the sister in law said. I agree, I don't understand either. This murder was planned out for while it seems for sure.

**Not trying be a know it all smarty pants, just trying keep factual as possible. It was in the Dateline interview IIRC that KS said that

Seems like that's where this statement comes in -'There’s one surveillance camera where you can see the car in the far corner of the frame, parked in the distance. You can't make out a plate, and we're not even comfortable releasing anything about a possible make or model,' Johnson said.

Can we presume this vehicle and the Altima later posted by MPD are one in the same?
