I wonder if the period he committed the murders he was unable to get access to the morgue.
He once said that he experienced a horrible trauma as a 4 year old and that caused his "madness".I can’t imagine anyone more sick than this monster. My view that there are two versions of humanity, is proven beyond doubt. The only astonishing thing for me is that someone so depraved could apparently function in a way so as to appear ‘normal’. Evil truly does walk amongst us.
I can’t bear to imagine what his wife is going through. You’d never feel clean. His poor children. Imagine having his blood coursing through your veins. I hope they can somehow rebuild their lives.
Re: Covid and himHe most likely knew of the 2007 CrimeWatch appeal and press releases about a full DNA profile being ascertained for the 1987 murders. No doubt he wore protection to keep bodily fluids etc to low or zero.
What I find amazing is he carried on with his antics regardless of Covid. He is in the "high risk" group due to his age but that didn't bother him, and I'm sure that morgue would have been chock full of Covid victims. And no, a mask would not have protected him. Also, bear in mind that he was arrested before the Covid vaccines were available. How come the deadly virus didn't get him?
Did you see the brief interview with the psychiatrist on the news? He said that Fuller was a sado masocchist and raped corpses to feel alive and to feel better about his inadequacies. He once said that he experienced a horrible trauma as a 4 year old and that caused his "madness".
I wonder what it is about?
Is it even true?
but that is a huge assumption to say he had inadequacies, I think from what we have learned he was living a similar life to most people, he had a home, he was married, (had at some point in his life had 3 wives which to me says he had to have had some positive qualities) had children, had hobbies, he was from reports I have read liked by members of his cycling club, he was liked by his work colleagues. I think some people have sexual desires such as necrophilia that they enjoy, why they are like that is for far more intelligent and learned people to figure out. I don't think many serial killers/abusers do so out of inadequacies but by choice because its what does it for them.Did you see the brief interview with the psychiatrist on the news? The double murderer who sexually abused the dead for decadesbut that is a huge assumption to say he had inadequacies, I think from what we have learned he was living a similar life to most people, he had a home, he was married, (had at some point in his life had 3 wives which to me says he had to have had some positive qualities) had children, had hobbies, he was from reports I have read liked by members of his cycling club, he was liked by his work colleagues. I feel Ted B vibes here. He also was a necrophiliac. The double murderer who sexually abused the dead for decades
Dr Richard Badcock, a consultant forensic psychiatrist whose work for the police includes assessing Harold Shipman, believes Fuller's crimes followed a distinctive pattern.
"The psychopathology at work here is very definitely sado-masochism.
"In essence, not being able to deal with your own issues except by manipulative behaviour."
The "creeper burglaries" Fuller committed in the 1970s suggest this started with voyeurism but gradually that behaviour escalated to murder, says Dr Badcock.
"Although you are doing extreme things, you might only feel alive in the moment of the offence."
Dr Badcock sees a direct link between the "sexual homicides" of Wendy and Caroline, and the later offences in the mortuary, which he regards as psychologically more extreme than murder.
"Necrophilia, that's it. There's nowhere else to go after that."

Respect for the dead is universal in all cultures.Basically, yeah. People will often quote rape / murder / paedophilia as the worst crimes, but the utter depravity, and yuck factor, of necrophilia (and cannabalism) shakes us to our core even more than those other dreadful acts.
Jimmy Savile didn't work for the NHS - he was given access naively because of the money he raised for the NHS.
Joyce Trail was a dentist and it's unusual for them to not work alone. My dentist certainly does.
Imo
LE are probably overwhelmed at the new investigations they now have to undertake as at one point his second wife was a house parent at a school and they lived in staff accommodation on site, so I imagine they will be looking to see if he committed any crimes their.
I wonder if his 1973 convictions for burglary were spent when he got his job at the hospital, and if they required a DBS check (or what the equivalent of a DBS was then)
I guess Crimewatch helped with the exchange of information between forces during the 80s , 90s and 00sCRB checks, the precursor to DBS checks, were introduced as a consequence of the Bichard report in 2003/2004
The Bichard enquiry was commissioned in response to the murder of Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman by Ian Huntley.
It arose owing to his employment as a school caretaker without suitable vetting procedures or exchange of police intelligence between forces.

Sounds much like the police force.
I do hope Kent Police are finally reviewing the murder of Jean Brook at Bedgebury Forest in 1982 (a popular haunt for cyclists) near Tunbridge Wells. She also worked in Camden Road (as with Wendy & Caroline) and lived not far from St Leonard’s where Fuller had a property. She too was battered about the head.
1983 was when Fuller married his previous wife Sally Fawcett.I also read, can't think where, that Jean Brook was sunbathing in the early afternoon on the day she was murdered. Possibly voyeuristic intent by the murderer, on a June day.
The former Bedgebury School (girls boarding), now the Bedgebury Park Estate has a direct access to Park Lane in the forest, where Jean Brook's vehicle was parked and her body was found nearby.
@SaintGertrude also pointed out previously that it should be ascertained if DF's previous wife ever worked there. If indeed she did and was married to DF prior to/at the time of this offence, then the circumstantial factor is ramped up ten fold, I feel. JMO.
Jimmy Saville was also a volunteer hospital porter at Leeds General Infirmary, which involved taking bodies to the mortuary. This is in addition to having the keys to Broadmoor and access all areas......truly shocking.
The dental fraud committed by Joyce Trail was facilitated by poor checks and balances. Dentists invariably work with dental assistants and have reception/admin staff who should realise when NHS submissions are fraudulent and report them accordingly.
