I am not even sure that the teachers who encourage kids with 'leadership' qualities, even know that they are bullies. I am not talking violent bullies, I am talking nasty word bullies who never show their real traits to teachers.

Tbf if they are not showing their true traits to the teachers then you can't say the teachers are encouraging bullies as they haven't seen these traits that are "mistaken for leadership skills". I have family members who work have worked in the teaching profession and they'd never encourage bullies or mistake bullying behaviour for leadership skills

A true leader is confident but has empathy and people trust him/her.
A bully is arrogant and people are scared of him/her.
A good teacher sees the difference.
And helps a bully - b/c he/she is a victim of: abuse, violence, being neglected.
A good teacher encourages this kid's talents, helps to build confidence - and guess what?

This just popped up on my YouTube feed, it made me think of Arthur and hopefully it'll mean TH and ET will get the sentences they deserve.
I wonder if they know the timeline of the day I know from the footage he woke up at 8.30 ish and the dad left at 1.15 to the shops. I wonder what transpired between that. He obv was put back in the corner at some point cos footage shows ET getting agitated by him leaving his corner repeatedly.

And in Court TH had the gall to say:
"My boy", "I loved him to pieces".
No shame, no honour, no respect, no humanity!

He self harmed. Banging his head is continuation of self harm (no tools in prison).
He was not diagnosed at school - or maybe was, but it is not disclosed.
He probably was bullied, had no self confidence, hated himself.
It is very important to take such kids at school into therapy.

Absolutely. An ego thing. When his parents offered to help i think he saw that as a criticism of his parenting and thought “I’ll show them who’s boss”
Yes, he escaped from parental wings at nearly 30 and felt powerful for the 1st time in life.

Can anyone explain why, in legal terms, TH is also accused of murder when it’s obvious that ET did the fatal attack?
What criteria would have to be met for TH to be convicted of murder rather than causing or allowing? Is encouraging/requesting murder legally equivalent to murder?
I know that TH made repeated threats to Arthur to murder him, expressed intentions of severe violence and murder towards him in his communications with ET, and also instructed ET to carry out violence on Arthur on numerous occasions.
Is this circumstantial evidence that he could have encouraged the fatal act that day, in the phone call before Arthur’s murder?

I'm more of the thinking that ET drummed into TH head 'no, you're the boss, hes your child, you (we) make the rules'. I do think it was ET/her influence that blocked the family and TH was easily led by her.

Sorry to ask this again, I’ve seen it mentioned but can’t grasp what the instruction to the jury is.
If they find ET guilty of murder, do they have to find TH guilty of murder too not manslaughter?
So hypothetically, if they don’t think that there is enough evidence to convict TH of murder then there’s a chance they may go with manslaughter for him which effectively means ET would get manslaughter too. If they can’t find TH guilty does that mean they can’t convict ET either?
Is the instruction that TH cannot be convicted of a more serious charge than ET? The verdicts have to be the same for both? Do both have to either be guilty or not guilty of murder OR manslaughter? So TH cannot be guilty of murder if ET is guilty of manslaughter and vice versa.
