She needs to hear the victims statements. Absolute witch
Exactly this. She is rotten to the core. She is showing her blatant contempt for the victims. I don’t think she is doing herself any favours with the judge who has the final say on her sentence…it’s good in a way as this contempt will get his back up personallyShe needs to hear the victims statements. She must realise she's one of the most hated women in Britain now, she's showing her true cowardice self. I hope she's feeling 100 x the fear Arthur felt.Blatant comtempt, I agree. I feel like we've all been robbed. This is the moment we were waiting for and she's denied us that. She has also denied the victims by not being present for their impact statements. I cannot believe she is allowed to do this.
I don’t think it’s cowardice, it’s because it’s her last chance to show her disdain and pure contempt for Arthur. She disgusts meShe must realise she's one of the most hated women in Britain now, she's showing her true cowardice self. I hope she's feeling 100 x the fear Arthur felt.
Well she should have at least 30 years to find out what he said, I'm sure she'll want to listen to it at some point if she decides to appeal, so she can know how to manipulate the courtsAnd she won’t hear why the judge chooses these sentences and what he thinks of the whole thing? How is that allowed????

Could be both, she disgusts me too.I don’t think it’s cowardice, it’s because it’s her last chance to show her disdain and pure contempt for Arthur. She disgusts me
This is what ET is showing her contempt for, all of the victims in this case. She doesn’t care one iota and wants them to know that by her not being presentI feel like I'm walking around with all the lights turned off'
Ms Halcrow continues her daughter's statement and says: "He giggled his usual giggle. I will never again hear that giggle or hear him say 'I love you mommy bear'.
"He will never get his drumstick squashies. I will never get to see the smile behind his eyes. Never get to remind him how beautiful he was and how much he was loved.
"Life as I know it will never exist again. Losing Arthur is unqauntifiable. I don't think I will ever be able to live a full life again. Grief isn't the right word. How I feel about losing baby bear Arthur. I feel hollow.
"Every day I feel like I'm walking around with all the lights turned off."
I don't know how that mitigates the crime at all.Tustin tried to take own life in prison
Breaking off from the victim impact statements for a moment as the trial moves on to Tustin's mitigation.
Ms Prior tells the court Tustin has been bullied in prison. She confirms Tustin tried to take her own life during the trial by taking an overdose and attempting to hang herself.
The barrister states a doctor assessed her as fit to continue.
Ms Prior adds she will remain a suicide risk.
