None of his family will be up thats for sure
Correct. They were the prosecutions witnesses, therefore cannot be used as defence witnesses.

He looks like a pupil at school forced to apologise in front of a head teacher (Jury).Anyone else think TH is coming across very well rehearsed? I'm not buying it for a second, but he does seem somehow more 'normal' than ET.
I don't know about this part. If my kids are playing up my son has been known to laugh and say something similar. I genuinely don't believe he was abusive to Arthur before he met ET. His family would have reported him if he had been.It was clever of Prosecutor to point out that Arthur didnt feel comfortable with TH even before they moved to ET house (schoolyard incident).

There does seem to be more evidence coming up but trial is adjourned until tomorrow because of health concerns for ET. Has she suddenly grown a conscience?!
Either TH is well rehearsed, or this is his truth. I find some of it plausible.
Not at all, he deserves everything he gets. I do feel he's been manipulated in this situation however. I think he's trying to be somewhat honest with his answers.Hmmm...
Do you think Im prejudiced to TH haha?
Maybe she found her conscience?Adjourned till Wednesday?
It might be the longest trial in history.
I wonder what's up with ET?
Maybe she found her conscience?
I’ll be honest, and it might not be a popular opinion, but I believe him. Not word for word, but overall, I believe his version more so than ETs.
It doesn’t excuse him, it doesn’t give him a free pass and it doesn’t make him innocent. But I do find his version of events more plausible.
Edited to elaborate, before anyone thinks I’m saying TH is not guilty.

Im sorry but I absolutely dont buy it.Maybe she found her conscience?

He knows he can't defend the text messages - I've called my children wee shites in text messages when they've been naughty (the time they covered my brand new laptop in sudocrem springs to mind). But his are next level, and do imply he's allowing and will be perpetrating an extreme level of violence. There's letting off steam, and then there's texts calling children names like f****r, c***.
I doubt that very much
I was being sarcastic. I don't think you're vindictive at all.Im sorry but I absolutely dont buy it.
But I will speak no further so not to present myself as a vindictive person.
I'm not defending or excusing his behaviour. He could have put a stop to this. But I genuinely believe he had ET in his ear, and constantly sending messages which convinced him his son was this evil, badly behaved little boy. I also think he's not a strong character anyway, and I absolutely believe she exploited that.Even if he was manipulated how could he let his son stand in a hall way day in day out for weeks on end. Maybe I am being too harsh, but i dont believe a word of that, especially the texts he sent and his carry on, he didnt have to be so cruel
My guess is her mental health taking a deep nose dive at what’s being exposed right now. I’d imagine she’d be quite high risk anyway, due to her previous suicide attempt.

There were small incidents way back at the start of the trial, which to me represent her testing the waters, seeing how far she could push things. His family picked up on this right at the start.
