Why would you complicate things by removing her body through the back door ?
Why not leaving her where she was ?
Now if you lived with someone that would make sense... get the body out and claim they just left in a huff.
The police would know if an attempt was made to remove fingerprints for example
police find no fingerprints say on a fridge door or toilet door where they ought to be then it would be obvious some cover up has taken place.
Now if you’ve killed someone in your own car and personally I think this is what happened in this case, you have no choice but to remove the body.
