@Vixey I decided to check out a figure in the canteen cctv which I thought may be a female in a long light coloured raincoat leaning over the counter but on close u it looked more like a side on view of a male in a light coloured hooded windsheeter. Did you notice it at all
Also in the bottom screenshot there appears to be someone with Cl as she walks out of the main door

It would have been relatively easy for the police to have put a name to ALL the people at the uni .
Innocent people are only too happy to identify themselves. That one must be me officer !

Identifying them might well be relatively simple PJ but in the words of Dai Malyn said on the 25th Feb 2015 Im convinced people have lied to us

I take that to mean He’s not the only one to have said that ?

I see what you mean @Vixey
1 ... A male wearing a light coloured Kagool standing beside a female sitting at a table
2... A female in my opinion CL saying goodbye to a male prob a work colleague as hes still in the frame as she exits the canteen door
3... Is a male with other blurred out figures leaving the canteen before CL does.

thanks. for the cctv analysis, vixey and for your ramblings....theyre very useful because I can trace the trail of your thoughts.

im just watching it on my normal computer playback, but I can see most of the things you refer to...I had thought myself that it looked as though someone was leaving the canteen either with or just before claudia, but thought it was just my imagination...is it a case of...ill fetch the car and pick you up

I can only imagine the police didn't mention these people because they were hoping one of them would come forward if there wasn't a public. fuss around them.

maybe the guy crossing the road. didn't speak to claudia...maybe he knew the red car would follow shortly and he was to trail her too...but I think the odds are he spoke to her first...maybe made arrangements.

with this level of intrigue, I think its more complex than claudia annoying people with her affairs, although that was part of it

I go back to my old theory that her behaviour was just so erratic in general that she was a danger to. the drugs chain..and the other stuff...money she owed etc...made it worse....she couldn't keep her mouth shut.

there is an article about how angry students at the university were when police investigating the case searched their rooms when they were away to see if they could find drugs...presumably to find out who was dealing...they must have believed there was a connection.

as the police submitted a file to the cps, I think they kn0w who alley man is...contradicting an earlier post...but the cps saw it as just circumstantial or said they needed outside confirmation.

obviously, I think the perp was known to her, but its more. than just jk finding claudia with her boyfriend...I suspect its a case of murder on the orient express and no ones cracked yet...but im. still hopeful a big drugs bust will bring enlightenment

if it is a murder on the. orient express situation, then im not sure if it matters who committed the murder...although, obviously, technically, it does....but its who pressured who and how did they feel about it.

many thanks also to kir for helping me with the cctv

Guys, someone has just mentioned that it's hard to follow this thread because the initials we use are confusing people less close to it. Can we have a descriptive round up, without naming names? So I'll start...

CL - Claudia, obv

SC and JK - two best friends

PL - her dad
