I have two main theories which I flit between but I keep them to myself in the main due to legalities.

I understand the dificulty re legallities I think we are all running into them at some point

A broader question then
Do you think Claudia's disappearance happened on the 18th or 19th?
Do you think it was a person/persons known or unknown to Claudia that was responsible for her disappearance

I know these questions are being addressed to a specific person but surely anyone else can answer!?
Are we splitting hairs here one minute before midnight or one minute after midnight ?
I know you are not asking me but I believe it was a person known to Claudia but not necessarily ever been mentioned in newspapers or TV shows ....

@Jennifersausage is a relatively new member to the forum and I am interested in their thoughts.

Perhaps you would like to elaborate more on your beiefs that it was a person known to Claudia but not necessarily ever been mentioned in newspapers or TV and if you are willing to commit to her disappearance happening on the 18th or 19th.. unless of course you have been told by Cold Case not too

I think the mystery boyfriend existed ... it could have started before midnight and finished way after midnight say before she was due into work.
But I know you are more interested in what newcomers think .I understand .

I’m more inclined towards the 18th and somebody she knew far more well than that person likes to let on.

She actually says there are area's of Claudia's life that are delicate to say the least and definately complex
Ray Galloway says 'as the investigation has developed its apparent that some of Claudia's relationships had an element of complexity and mystery to them I am certain that some of those relationships were not known to her family or friends'

I think its important not to loose sight of what was actually being said here.
It was the press that jumped on this and interpreted it as referring to her personal/sexual relationships.

when I look at whats being said by Ray Galloway and what Gerrard Tub Sky reprter said that even the press were having problems trying to get to just what these relationships were.

Claudia led a large part of her life in secret and in my opinion the reason for that was something more complex than having affairs with married men.

time will tell...

I have an interest in cctv footage which I feel will give us clues to just what was going on around Claudia at the time of her disappearance.
This one for instance... Its has not been enhanced but just taken straight from NYP website link to You Tube its the bus cam video so you can click on the link but dont start the video.
You will see that the image capture was at 21.01.29
Hers a still of that shot. Im looking at the figure in the bottom right of the shot.
You may notice other things that may be of interest in the shot too

Looks military or military style to me..

I chose walk to work daily and I have plenty of money. It’s called fitness.

A comment from Jen King in the Missing or murdered programme when she was talking about when she went on holiday to Cyprus with Claudia she said 'We went away there and our friend moved over there and thats why we went to visit him for a holiday when we went there there were a restauranteur that offered her a job every night. She always had one toe in the market'

It could explain a personality trait that could at some stage complicate a situation.

Another comment Jen King made 'We wanted them to just rip off the bandage and get on with it'

So what was the 'bandage' was it a covering to protect someone or something?

I wouldnt assume she was walking to work every day or from the same location ..keep an open mind
Remember the left handed smoker on melrosegate bridge on the Weds if it was CL dont assume it was someone out to harm her it may have been someone walking her to work for protection.

Okay let’s assume these people were protecting her legally.surely every bit of information would have had to be run through them first before going public !re bus cctv the police would have the privilege to watch the whole journey from the depot and back again

Maybe she lost her driver's license because of drunk driving and didn't tell her parents and her friends, therefore she didn't need her car back from repair?
LE would know, but had no reason to release this info to the public?
