If you feel it could effect the case - then do not reveal it in the public domain.. I suggest you keep
It to yourself. If nothing else think of Claudias Mum Dad and Sistet.
And that means? I wasn’t the one moaning about the lack of reward from the family

Alleyway man may of done the manoeuvre twice but what was he doing? Why did Claudia stop using her phone at 8.23pm on the 18th March 2009? Where is her rucksack? when did Claudia leave her house on Heworth Road? Why would someone want to kill Claudia? These are the questions we need to answer. There are would be Sleuths involved,
—————————————-
the above is a quote from Blonderrabbit post:
Ok the allyman was trying to contact Claudia because she was not answering his call ?because she had something he had leant her ? Or she left something at his place/ of work ?
She stopped using her phone because it needed charging for the next day? Because she was having a relaxing shower / bath ? Then went to bed ?
Where is her rucksack? Now this is a funny question sandwiched between ...why did Claudia stopped using her phone at 8:23....... and when did Claudia leave her house ?

Her rucksack was in her house which is logical unless someone sneaked in while she was in the showers or asleep...
Claudia left her house an hour before she was due to start work and trying to avoid the lurker outside ... he’s made enough noise banging on her front door or left it for later ( taxi / friend ) so there are more people about making her feel safer .
Perhaps no one set out to kill her .
Or she was or someone thought she was , informing the police with incriminating info.
Now @Blonderabbit do my answers make sense to you ?

I don’t think Blonderrabbit meant his comment for you.
It’s an easy mistake to make

Could this act explain the work of 'White Coat' and 'Alley Person' in the evening? Have they got into her property (uninvited when Claudias been busy on the Sunbed) or been in her property as a guest. And the removal of the Rucksack occurred via the efforts of the 2 individuals. If they were uninvited?; have they got a key to the property?
If Claudia did notice the bag was missing; would a prime time be just before she went to bed, when she was perhaps checking everything was ready for work the next morning?

Importantly though:
  • What was so important about the Rucksack!?
  • What was in the Rucksack !?
  • How did they know where the important item was kept !?

In my opinion importance of the rucksack was as you suggest for what it contained.
I believe it contained a personal defence item
and possibly a communication device.
The people who provided the items had knowledge of where the items were kept.

This is my opinion.. others may have a different one

Please explain what mistakes you think our team at NYP made?
Think the Police's failings have been well publicised in the press, without me having to explain.

No harm in mentioning what you believe to be mistakes made by police in the early days but then do wait for Blonderrabbit’s answers, you might find some ( mistakes ) were not mistakes at all !

Someone’s been playing with the microsite - check the dates at times.
Timeline
Yes it casts doubt on the 20:23 last usage of phone. Not sure how anyone could tell what was the last time that CL Answered her phone or read a text

@keep-it-real How could you possibly know what was contained in her backpack?
A personal defence system?
and possible a communications device

Can you provide permittable links to anything that has given this.

I could say that her backpack contained a tin of beans but I would have to substantiate this.

She could have threatened to call police, if a stalker was behind her. IF that stalker had already a conviction because of stalking another person (like an ex-wife), he would have had a big problem possibly.
No reason to murder, of course.

If told they you it could jeopardise the case? Would you go against them?

Poor answer. the police's "alleged" failings have been publicised in the press. With the benefit of hindsight could the police have done anything different to change the outcome? I do not think so. discussing the merits of the police investigations will not uncover the truth. next.....

Could also give you food for thought if you were trapped somewhere

Perhaps 999 called her back if she had called them in the first place that is. !

Hmm you mean communicating device or/personal weapon could have been hidden in an empty backed beans tin ?
Like the money boxes people sometimes keep in their fridge but I digress... just ignore me lol

like in the boot of a car for example ? This is just a question not hinting of prior knowledge okay ?

A poor answer? We are all entitled to voice our own opinions. Would like to ask if you are in the Police as I noticed you referred to OUR team at NYP,

If she had a panic alarm surely she would have it in her coat pocket not her bag.

If she did think she was being followed or stalked I would have thought she would have mentioned it to a friend or work colleague.
