It’s asked if he was using “kidology” he wasn’t.

if you was having a night of sexercise the last think you’d be bothered about was charging your phone. Phones with basic functionality batteries lasted days - back in 2009. Come on PopeJohn think a bit more flexibly
Deffo CL won't of been no where near her phone. We don't know if the perp left CL phone on then walked cycled or drove around Acomb area just too put police of there trail.
You must be joking !
We are going to be here till she is found !
Won't be long now till this case is cracked will be a nice long holiday for me after)

Moving On.

Calling all Sleuths! Alleyway man night or morning. Imagine you knew him, he was someone you drank with in the nags, you knew him well.
Question 1. Do you think you would recognise him on the cctv?

Question 2. Do you think Claudia's two closest friends recognise him/them?
No 1 yes
No 2 yes again
If none of the people you talk about have not come forward it’s probably because they do not know him and not from the area .
His family should be able to recognise him ! And himself of course.

So many possibilities. You are perhaps having an affair, youve got an overnight bag stashed at a friends house or maybe a property you are working on in Heworth place, out of the nags, grab your overnight bag and knock on her door. you leave at just after 5am which then gives her time to get ready for work, walk back to your place to drop your bag off.

If I knew someone from my local, perhaps I don’t speak to them often if ever, I would recognise them and don’t need a close up clear image imo. Second question; If they knew of them and local they would know! most people local then would x

my connection dropped out I was about to say and March respectively. would you still be intrigued 11 years from now?

We are in the middle of a worldwide pandemic some people may not be around next year let alone in 11 years from now.

Walking mannerisms give it away; especially if it's a person you've seen regularly walking about in your community

Before I went pointing the finger at anyone I would ask police to show me the cctv from the 3 other cctv cameras mounted on the Limes court building covering the direction Alleyman went and returned from.

I wonder why Jim melson was adamant alley man was dave the drayman. If It is so, then why the mystery. Or is Jim suv owner, who also had someone in his pub Friday with images of a bag and (rucksack) scarf and shoe they believed belonged to claudia. Is he telling the truth?

I think the local police have been pretty poor to say the least, over a decade so far and don't exactly seem to have made much progress, took 6 years to conduct a search of the alley behind claudias House, not exactly proactive that, maybe its time they were forced to bite the bullet and seek help from an outside force, at least it will be a fresh set of eyes and hopefully ideas

Does anyone share the following view:
NYP SIO Galloway was awful, his team missed so much-Was this possibly for a reason.
Malyn seemed to do a good job but was Malyns frustration not due to the silence of POIs and more around the way that Galloway and his team possibly compromised the evidence and investigation into the case.

I wondered if there are any verified insiders with a police background who would be able to comment on this.
I have a high regard for our police as they do a thankless job but I'm not sure if Galloway was one of their finest.

Were NYP told not to ask too many questions and is there a Masonic connection to this case.

Andyboy, Claudias father appears happy with no complaints , however it’s clear to see huge mistakes eg securing original CCTV. was there a review before Dai stepped in?

Probably busy at the moment plodding around the Yorkshire moors trying to find someone with a thermos so they can fine them for having a picnic, got to get your priorities right

Might have complained behind the scenes, bit awkward for him given his occupation, probably knew a few people involved

Never thought of it that way, of course as a prosecutor x

@Vixey do you know if Galloways team at Blue Light included any other retired detectives?
