The red van we see as Claudia is leaving on foot in the uni grounds ?

I dont see the red van pulling out at the Uni having ladders on the roof.. but found similar red van on Google street Oc 2009walk its park outside a prop at the entrance to Burlington Av which is opposite Melrosegate PO.

Bearing in mind a reporter for the First time in his career got 'threatened off the job'; there may be a 'climate of fear' with the local community. Thus; people quietly are looking around, hoping that someone will say something

And @MEKON perhaps the reason why one of POIs has decided not only to stay in the area but to buy a house opposite CL cottage to live in. Along with a further purchase of a house vacated by the death of a local resident that is next to Nags. IMO.

I know that she arrived home as I have checked as part of my research and asking the cold case team.

However the comment on the timeline did not assume this it was a directional statement.

That is why you cannot rely upon Microsite timeline alone and as @keep-it-real correctly mentions regularly, you have to do your own research rather than rely upon primary information.

And Interestingly @Blonderabbit It appears that whilst the Microsite still mentions the posting of something-The CCTV footage has disappeared, whilst the footage for the walk from work through the campus is still available.
Perhaps NYP are "reviewing" this:

Seem to remember reading that NH regulars were not exactly welcoming towards PL and usually kept their distance.

Also like to add that a large reward should be offered where possible imo, If only to serve its real purpose. Unless this is not wanted in this instance also. Another Initial Thought when I Started to follow Claudias case,Is that she was different and with a Greater education. Did NYP believe Claudia was also the weakest link and though Closely linked with her friends The best option to gain information. Did claudia reveal the Friday prior her guilt In doing so on her friends, but felt no other option

Good idea for an oversized reward; especially with the anniversary coming up. I do not mean any disrespect to Claudia's parents, but I am sure they'd like some closure before they 'put any more Miles on the clock' (I hope that hasn't come out worse than it's meant to)

Its interesting a £10,000 reward was offered then withdrawn I believe it was offered again and then again withdrawn correct me if Im wrong on this point. Was there a reason for this? Was information received via those offers of monies to enable the police to bring a case before the CPS?
I agree with you @Vixey that CL was different not only educationally but also in her lifestyle choices. She mixed with people from a very early age who most girls of her age and background would not have had anything to do with some of those people its said she still retained a connection with. Connections cannot help but become more complex as people move in different directions personally and lets say proffessionally.
Within this complex situation did a relationship she had within that particular group become less important to the other person and Claudia chose to make a decision that would not only have repercussions for that person but also for a wider group connected to that person and the activities they were involved in.
She had a good education in my opinion a double cross situation cannot be ruled out here, she would have been clever enough to orchestrate it in a more discreet way than others might.
Did she go to LE or did like @Vixey suggest they get to her?
Either way the fact that she moved to a property on the doorstep of a Pub frequented by 'rogues' made it her place of choice for socialising up to 4 times a week forged best friend status with 2 females, entering into a relationship with a married man within that establishment, took holidays with the 2 females, one of which she invited into her home for a year long stay after only knowing her for a short time.
Some might not see her place of work an important choice in all this but I do.

Im not sure she revealed something on the Friday as you suggest @Vixey but if she was working alongside LE as I suspect. I think she got rumbled, and that set off a chain of events which led up to her disappearance.
Did the female friend she took in when she needed a place to stay for a year let her know she had been rumbled?

Certainly from what I can see and it is only my opinion she was being protected in the days leading up to her disappearance

IMO it looks like Claudia definitely posts something. It looks like it's just been posted with the right hand; and to me it certainly looks as If nothing has been dropped onto the floor

There seems to be the need in this case for The Moscow Rules to be taken into consideration............there's always coincidences in life's journey. But there seem to be quite a few coincidences with ref to Claudia's disappearance

There is another angle to this that could explain possible behaviour later that day. Perhaps the returning of an item (if there was) becomes an ongoing issue with Claudia and others. Maybe Claudia had been promising to return an item for weeks but had 'upped the ante' by not posting it as promised. Maybe the nighttime visitors were desperate and annoyed 'waiters' that wanted a proper answer if the item had been posted or not

Perhaps the footage we saw was another example of Claudia pretending to post an item; knowing that she was being watched
