I find it impossible to believe non of these people ever came forward !?
I trust the police have some names surely ?
I am referring to the seven odd people on foot showing in the alleyway clip !

some or all may have been non locals who were involved and I guess any non participants would be. afraid to come forward....maybe the police. have identified a local or two but have. got nowhere

suppose there is a good possibility of them being students connected to the limes who may have already left york before the cctv was released. If so they would be unlikely to be recognised by locals, and other students who would recognise them may already have gone home too.

excellent theory @Pricklykitty Perhaps the person in Blue was conducting the orchestra if timings to get all people in position, as they could see Claudia's house from where they stood in the doorway oposite. IMO If Claudia was at home when this was going on, she was not alone either.

I think these are left from a meal for two, and certainly not breakfast. Large prep knives, large serving plate, 2 small bowls/plates, in the left corner are two glasses stacked one inside the other which look like the kind you would have juice or water in with a meal, and then the pint glass and the wine glass. It was the glasses that caught my eye actually, because although the bowl looks like it still has a small amount of food left on it, the glasses appear to have been rinsed out. Got me wondering if these dishes were ever tested. I would have assumed so, but look how long it took for the alley to be searched!

I think it is unlikely these contents of the sink are from Wednesday 18th. We know Claudia arrived home (Heworth) after work between 2&3pm on the 18th - all signs of life ceased at around8.23pm - 8.31pm. So I think it’s likely these contents are from Tuesday 17th. In my opinion.

I think it is unlikely these contents of the sink are from Wednesday 18th. We know Claudia arrived home (Heworth) after work between 2&3pm on the 18th - all signs of life ceased at around8.23pm - 8.31pm. So I think it’s likely these contents are from Tuesday 17th. In my opinion.

I absolutely accept they could be from another day, who knows really. The reason I lean towards them being from the wednesday night is otherwise Claudia would have been home all afternoon and evening without washing up or creating more washing up on top....if she was at home, which I think she was. I do wonder if she was incapacitated by 8.30ish rather than deceased though, and if those dishes could have something to do with that incapacitation, but thats me just musing on ways she could have left her home without commotion, and only one of the ways I've considered.

Agree but most people imo will recognise themselves especially if they know it was possible of them to be there

Having researched this case in depth, looking at the case as a whole - I see it like this - to a degree the sink, how she got home from work, how she got to work, what she did in the afternoon after work is irrelevant - something happened on Friday 13th March 2009 that set the wheels in motion. Claudia just went about her life as normal to a degree - she avoided the nags head realising the seriousness of whatever had happened. Though her murder had started to be planned - you can see on the bus cctv it all kicking off outside Claudias on Wednesday 18th December 2009 at 9.01pm - you can clearly see a man emerging between the cars in front of the SUV this took place a good 25mins after the final sign of life from Claudia - coincidence?
