We should compare images of the white jumper man walking up Heworth Road and standing in front of that house.

Was this a refuse /waste wagon and was alley man taking lauds waste food contents from the night before into a bin in Haworth Place to dispose of them.
The refuse collection would then have disposed of any evidence BEFORE anyone notice her missing.

I know a refuse collection day has been stated but o we know for sure that this I accurate.

If this was all planned it would make sense to kill her the night before the waste was collected

With alley man appearing at that time in the morning conveniently before she would be due to leave for work,
I bet shes met him whilst drunk at some point.
Regretted it sober but he's become quickly obsessed.
He follows her to work & there the 2 seen arguing.
Or he offered her a lift to work.
They bicker & she gets out of the car where they carry on the argument.
She realises she's left her bag or mobile in his car & he then forces her in kills & dumps her.
Thats just my opinion which has no doubt already been said lol

I think if this kind of theory held any water the police wouldn't have ruled out Halliwell...I know the. initial investigation didn't come up smelling of roses, but I think for. both teams. to have dismissed the idea of Halliwell being the perp is pretty reliable...claudia wasn't. caught on cctv going to. work.

Halliwell wasn’t ruled out because Claudia wasn’t on cctv anywhere on the 19th, it was because Haliwell was traceable hundreds of miles away 100% beyond doubt.

If I could leave a legacy to this investigation it would be whatever happened, happened in Heworth - not 100% sure wether that was between 8.23 and 9.23pm on the 18th March or very early morning - though my thinking is 8.23 - 9.37pm. As recently quoted by Shadwell - all the sightings on her way to work were misdirection IMO. A feature I’ve encountered across social media “Claudia” groups is as soon as Heworth comes to the table a general closure of threads, steering away to morning events and suggested scenarios bordering on ridiculous. It Happened in Heworth this is my opinion.

Halliwell wasn’t ruled out because Claudia wasn’t on cctv anywhere on the 19th, it was because Haliwell was traceable hundreds of miles away 100% beyond doubt.

JK moved in with CL shortly after Claudia moved to Heworth in 2006.
JK stayed with CL for 1 year so moved out in 2007.
JK then moved to a new apartment in Eborasum Way, close to the river and a 10 minute walk to the Nags Head.
She lived there when Claudia disssapeared but moved in with PR shortly afterwards to his house in Heworth Road.

It is unlikely they were looking for JK 2 years after she had moved out, but I can understand why someone might have been after JK.

In this interview with Viking FM, JK says that she lived with Claudia “from November ‘til the January”, either 07/08 or 08/09. She doesn’t specify, but that’s 3 months, not one year as possibly reported elsewhere.

An interesting one is Shadwell posted link of the cctv footage in order - when viewing it two striking observations 1.the cost cutter man cannot be seen in morning or night footage - the alleywayman is there but not costcutter man -almost like he has been rubbed out of the frames.

2. Point it was talked about the white blob - Shadwell suggested even could this be the last sighting of CL - whilst I think it’s highly unlikely - what would she be doing outside 35 Heworth road? Look at the cctv in Shadwell link - look what Claudia is wearing on her way home - a white top, blue jeans and black shoes/boots. White blob is wearing a white top, blue jeans and I think light coloured or white slippers!! Watch as alleyman approaches the lamp post after he’s stopped - white blob bends down.

I’ve checked back in my research and Claudia was communicating overseas and with her friend over the period - so I think it’s unlikely her, thought provoking tho - a final point - alleyway man - when you look at him for various reasons I don’t think he’s one of the 4 but when he gets to the end of Heworth place he looks to the left and back - he strikes me as the van man from Cyprus (sorry forget his name) he was in the Uk at the time and said he passed York but never went to see Claudia - I’m sure he’s been ruled out - though if you think about alleyman actions it would make sense it’s someone who knows the area but perhaps isn’t living there - would the 4 be drawn in to help him cover his tracks ? Drugs link?

The clothing matches (white toecaps on shoes visible in 18/3 Melrosegate postbox cctv). The figure is thin - certainly thinner than the Costcutter guy - and the thinness possibly further exacerbated by the sleeveless top. On that basis I’m disinclined to introduce an additional unknown but identically dressed character into the timeline when we already have CL.

As to why CL would be standing at the end of that driveway, I don’t know. Spotted the guy lurking in the alley behind 46HR and went out the front to get a look at his face? As you note - assuming the cctv timestamp is correct, alley man appears three minutes after SS’s last (unanswered) text to CL at 7.12pm.

no, I didn't put my post very. well....what. I meant was that I. don't believe the police would have. given up on Halliwell if they'd thought the perp had just been someone totally unconnected with. her circles who had snatched her or been a. one night. stand....theyre obviously. very interested in alley man and think he's involved in. some way or may. have useful information..but I don't. know if they think for certain that he's the perp

I have checked again and reason White Jacket man doesn't appear in Morning footage in cctv in chronological order is because it is a shorter edited version than the one I have just posted.

In the full morning version that I have posted, it shows activity on HR when Alleyman is out of sight.

In the chronological order cctv, it is cut and doesn't show activity with White Coat man in it where he walks past 35 Heworth Road carrying something and in the direction (Again) of Nags Head but on the opposite side of the road to the night before.

It could be that white coat man was just coincidentally in both cctv footages but in crime investigations coincidences are often dismissed.
