Re the name of the Operation
It is really unusual to name a case and then subsequently rename it further down the line
I wouldn’t look into this too much because it’s probably just an administrative decision
The way in which cases are given operational names is not a personal or scientific process
It’s a data database of words that cannot be subject to libel or be a brand name or subject to copyright etc
So each operation is given a name from the database which is the next letter of the alphabet
So C is cabin
If for example I submitted a request today for an operational name, it could be that we were up to Q in the alphabet so it would be named something beginning with the letter Q like operation Quay
Does that make sense? So again there no nefarious reason behind the name of the investigation title operation cabin .
