It's Alistair Cooper I think who was a POI a few years back (and could possibly remain so).

Was going to go up to York next week to have a look at the street and Uni but won't bother now with the Corona virus measures being stepped up, couple of hours on a train isn't appealing atm.

Your possibly right Major Lang because I've seen your work and your way more advanced than me. It's a shame the Police can not release more information and footage, because I am sure the public could then present the authorities with the missing parts of the puzzle.

The information about the mattress being changed,the apparent people in vehicles checking her movements out(the Red van?) and the coincidence that Ray was away also seems suspicious. That's why it's been pre-planned; and the time has been selected when the best opportunity has arrived. Or;it's been a case of ''having to act now''

Surely though; CCTV would pick up activity outside her house and at least along certain sections of Heworth Road. Even if vehicles had darkened windows and dodgy or no number plates, surely routes of leaving vehicles could be traced with CCTV if it was a local journey. It seems like so many individuals were involved,so why would so many people have a stake in removing a problem. The reason must be serious in order to commit such a crime as in eliminating a 'whistleblower'.

I think the Halliwell theory is a 'Red Herring' as i'm sure i read that he was in an institution on the dates Claudia went missing. I'm sure Halliwell was an opportunist. Claudia's disappearance seems to be planned with local knowledge and assistance .The strange text that was sent by someone to Jen King about working the next 12 days; surely was not sent by Claudia. It could be sent by someone that knows who Claudia's friends were; and a friend that lived nearby who would be one of the first people to check on Claudia. I can not see Halliwell knowing too much about Claudia,in order to work out who her friends are

Interestingly though; does anyone think 1 of the ''Dark'' person or persons visits around the back could resemble Halliwell . But if he was in an Institution at the time; it is very unlikely it's him

I may be way off here with another brainstorm that extends onto the possible Catholic - Protestant dilemma. People naturally assume there is always a ''Green and Blue'' dividing line between the 2 faiths. Put simply; the 2 groups do not always go for each other's throats, because sometimes there are 'common goals'' which are of more importance to the 2 tribal groups. Interestingly there was discussion that certain family members of the Irish Catholic community had British National Party links. This is not impossible because not all Irish Catholics are progressive,Left-wing or Republican in nature. There are even prime examples of British based Catholic Fascist organisations in Britain.

Thus; bearing in mind there was a possible Loyalist input to the case as well. Was there a ''Flag of Convenience'' between 2 groups that at first would seem poles apart from each other. However; due to political friendship,potential criminality exposure, relationship feuds over someone that's fueled the reason to eliminate someone that's a risk . The 2 groups from normally natural opposite political paradigms have joined forces

So; has a ''Gangland'' mob been involved to conduct the process

My thoughts above are ''value- free''; it is not an excuse to smear groups for the sake of it

Additionally on a differing slightly morbid note. If someone was transported in a Car while alive to a scrapyard and then disposed inside a car; then what would the process be?. Would a car be picked up by a Crane with a Magnet; and then dropped from a height into a type of Baler/Crushing machine

Because if this was the case, does this not have relevance to a type of 'Freudian slip' which stated that someone hoped Claudia was dead before she hit the floor. The statement seems holistically strange; it was to specific and out of context. It suggests its knowledge, rather than a suggestion or theory

King has spent the last 11years teasing the media instead of finding her "friend" she has created a "superstar" persona out of someone else's demise IMO.

MajorLang; i may be wrong,but i'm sure it was in your research on the medium blog which mentioned the Living Room clock had the batteries removed and the time was 9:30. Was this a factual piece of information stated by the authorities. Does anyone know if the batteries were taken out by a family member after Claudia went missing. Because; if that's how her Father and the Pub Landlord found the room, then it is another strange occurrence within the case. It would seem a perpetrator/s has been in her house and is either trying to 'throw people' or the perpetrator/s are mocking the authorities. Myself and my partner also wondered if Claudia had done it as a clue for people, because she knew she was in bother.

I mention that the clock stopped at a certain time. Not sure if batteries were removed though but a possibility

Has the authorities mentioned about the Cypriot brothers house being searched in the Acomb area. If Claudia had been spending time in that part of York; it could be possible the boyfriend was one of the Cypriot brothers. Has any reports of the brothers businesses being searched been clarified

If its as badly edited as the missing or murdered programme screened last year then I would be very sceptical of what people say and how they are shown in a tv show.
I would have liked to have seen someone with a bit more investigative crediblity present an in depth factual and up to date documentry.
