Thats why this photo is important if it is Claudia its actually proof of where she was when she was there and who she was with and doesnt rely on a witness siting without the actual visual evidence to support it.

The police are much better at identifying the vehicle . I’m afraid that photo is worse than the clip of ‘dark man’ at the back of her house and that clip was even sent abroad for clarification!

My Sin is same age as Claudia was. He contacts us daily. He is a streetwise guy but if we don't hear from him within a twenty four hour period we would be contacting everyone he knows who could get in touch with him to check his well being. This is why I am very suspicious of the lack of responsiveness.

I believe one is deeply heart broken. The other, I'm really not seeing that in the body language, words (apart from a few carefully chosen and oft repeated phrases) or tone. IMO.

After looking at options Claudia had in travelling to work I decided to consider the possiblilty that she did not make that journey on the morning of the 19th an instead concentrate on the evening of the 18th when we know for sure that up to approx 8.25pm she was alive because she spoke with both her parents on her mobile phone.
After that nothing, she didnt even reply to Steves text at 9.12pm which he says was unusual and not like her.
This morning I was reviewing my timeline notes for the evening of the 18th ..I pulled the bus cam video again this time not focusing on Claudias house.
As the bus swung into Heworth road and begins to straighten up the parked white van came into view I caught sight of a passenger in the white van Is it Claudia? there is also a driver but I cant quite get a clearer view of him because of the angle.

But SC has a completely different personality she has shown before her moods change in certain situations on the day of the gold cup at the NH she said she didnt have time with CL because when she arrived at the pub Claudia had had too much to drink and SC stood at the away from her. SC can be very easily offended.
We know that when she didnt turn up for their usual meet on the evening of the 19th she sent her a text saying 'Thanks for standing me up!' she tried later to pass this off as a joke but I think otherwise. I think it was possibly a sarcastic retort she was annoyed and offended and let Claudia know about it.

I believe their friendship started as just the 2 ladies meeting in the NH, then JK became involved due to her bar role, then CL became increasingly popular, for various reasons.....
Weren't they going to plan a holiday that evening? If so that might explain SC's grievance.

Something happened during the previous Cheltenham weekend (the one where CL was extremely drunk). Either a slip of the tongue, an offensive remark or a major clanger. Then there was communication with JK regarding 'relationship difficulties' (Monday?). I wonder if NYP can extract all CL's texts?
Whatever happened, I believe this caused CL to keep her head down with local friends that week and led to her ultimate demise. IMO

Yes I gave the black truck and that group a lot of consideration and wondered why they had not featured in any of the police investigations but as they were found to be failing in their investigations I considered that they had not scrutinized that part of the bus cam in detail.
I was initially looking at the bus cam to try to see if I could see any lights on at CL home so I focused on that part of the video.
This morning I decided to look at the evening of the 18th in more detail events and evidence and clues so I pulled the bus cam again. Not being focused on CL's house I looked more closely the white van.
The bus cam gives us a time approx 9.01pm so if it was CL she was already in the vehicle before the group gathered outside her home.
If you notice the van is parked up right up close to the Quartz travel window. I dont think thats a coincidence. Ane if she did receive a text from Steve S then being in the van with this man could be a reason why she didnt reply.
Im always looking for the least complicated course of events the more complicated it gets the further away from what probably happened you get in my opinion.

Her toothbrush was on the sinktop indicating that she brushed her teeth after that meal, a late nite hygiene routine for most people if they are going to bed but I think the reason was becausing she had arranged to meet someone and was going out. Other elements of what we know lined up to support this.
Her mobile phone charger was plugged in if she had had her mobile on charge it would give her phone enough battery life to cover the evening and the next day.
The house was left tidy and in order nothing was out of place. CL was a tidy person she would have tidied the before goining to bed or going out.
Her slippers were set as normal by the door showing she didnt leave in a hurry.
Her rucksack which as far as we know her chef whites her mobile and most telling her hair tongs
all things she would need for the next day if she was spending the night away.
I believe she had prearranged to meet someone who was coming to pick her up and she was able to leave her house as normal through the front door the parked Black turck and car next to it blocking any view the private cctv across the road might have been able to get of her.

Why would she need to go out to spend the night with someone? She had her own home, no house mates that may be upset by overnight guests and she had another early start next day. I don't see why she would need to go out in order to spend the night with someone. Also remember that NYP have found lots of fingerprints in her home that so far they have been unable to ascertain who these belong to. Why so many unknown fingerprints in the home of a single woman? Ive not read anywhere that she held house parties etc. So why all the fingerprints?

Yes as u know I gave the black truck and the groups gathering around it a lot of scrutiny we have to go by what we see in evidence and the bus cam clearly shows CL if it is her in the parked car before it shows the black truck and the group gathered around it. So I think either the truck was parked earlier and the occupants had been in the NH and were returning to the truck. or the truck had just arrived and the group were going to the NH. If it had been parked earlier it would block a view of CL exiting her house that the private cctv had across the road.
Thats a lost of people in that group it would be hard for them not to create noise and disturbance if trying to abduct CL not to mention the attention of passing traffic pedestrians neighbours etc. All these things add complications to an abduction.

I understand they were going to discuss plans for a holiday.. That was a seperate holiday to one CL planned at easter JK said in interviews that CL had asked her if she wanted to go on the holiday to Cyprus with her at easter JK said she was excited about this.. Did JK let slip to SC that she was going on holiday with CL to Cyprus before CL had been able to tell SC and this wasnt well received by SC?

I'm not judging CL by saying this.... But we know she liked men. We also know she didn't use social media or have internet access. Nowadays folks her age would meet via dating apps such as Tindr etc.... However were these available 11 years ago? Not sure if they were or if CL would have had the means to access them anyway due to no internet access etc. So apart from meeting guys in the NH or at work or on other social activities where else could she meet guys for dating or NSA fun back then?

The police could have easily covered all the activities around the black truck if they were Nh customers. All —-I would say — would be pleased to identify themselves in the clip so they could help the police .

I read somewhere that the Greece trip with SC was proposed for May. Just can't get my head round the cost of 2 hols in 2 months on a caterer's salary.
