Wow! So I’ve got to ask what was she like? In what capacity did you meet? PM me if you’d prefer...
You’ve asked about five questions now ... you only have 15 to go !

I have seen a pic of my #1 Suspect with NH (now deceased) at the location where I think CL is/was.

bbm
:eek::rolleyes:

How long was she at the location, if she no longer is at that location?

But the vehicle you picture is not im my opinion the breaking car on Heworth Rd the rear light postioning is different

Correct, a 'totally' different vehicle. With a super RARE 'football hanger' hung at the same location as the Heworth speeding vehicle. I'd change my vehicle too, who wouldn't? But old fans die hard. Now... where should I hang my shirt? Just there. Yes it could be a fluke. All things concidered :-)

Another pic with the correct 'make and model' vehicle (as Heworth) parked outside his home address is available out there on Google Street Maps if you go for a wander.

I think she was uncovered July 2018 by a third-party. Innocent, maybe.
And I'm saying this due to an image taken by Google Street Maps.

It may have caused NH some stress (left country) he died months later.
This is just my opinion. This is murky.

Try and find one in your local football club. Try now. Try and find one in any club back during the 2008-2009 season. And try and find one in the car of your #1 Suspect during the same year as CL disappearance. What makes it rare? Find one.

This has got my Hooters going I'm afraid.
I liked your post regarding how the car and distance worked but I'm afraid I'm turned off by any sightings and footage where we all see different things.
What we have to remember is that all of the activity around Heworth that night and morning could be about a different type of crime whilst Claudia was sat somewhere else thinking she was safe with someone and was dealt a blow that is completely unrelated.
IMO.
And one wonders and asks how much did the camera in the private house opposite capture of this activity ? Also did the bus block this camera ?

Police released that it was an Old-style Ford Focus hatchback.

I think it is a 5-door on the Heworth footage (something they didn't mention)

And when they THOUGHT it was braking outside CL's home... the vehicle was actually beneath a lamppost (which is on it's right) and the LIGHT reflects off the rear window at an angle (as it entered the coloured 'bump' part of the road...the 'SLOW for children crossing part'). The vehicle does not have a central HUGE rear window light but did reflect a lamppost really well, giving the illusion of having a HUGE central rear break light.

I quite agree but if we get down to the nitty gritty of the case we are going to have to try to figure out whats going on there and and identify the people and why they were there

Good find FG def looks like the vehicle on Heworth Rd on morn 19th.. Personally I think that footage is what I would call 'dirty' its put together from other footage from different days and times and some vehicles and people have been erased because of this

just my opinion
The police would have identified these people some ten years ago

Have you contacted the football club to ascertain how many were made or football memor

Oh they did! Thank-you,I only read it wasn’t snelling as he had a blue/silver colour escort not focus so presumed x

I recall recently that someone said 'the approach' was the wrong direction for Snelling, where-as it's the correct direction (for all 3 possible routes) from my #1 Suspect's home.

[BEST to not to rule anything out, as it's the super RARE nature of 'flukes' that catch killers. i.e Old football habits may be his undoing.]

I think this is the same still I get of a man standing at the at the rear passenger side/pavement side of the black truck he's a huge man and is wearing a red Muscle top vest Figer 1 in the still..
Figure 2 is I believe CL being carried out of of the house either unconcious or dead a her head is lolled back and her left arm hangs down limp, the man is carrying her hes wearing in a dark jacket with a light sleeves this detail allows us to see how she is being carried in the background is the blonde haired female dont be confused that this is CL and shes wearing a white T shirt as this is how it appeared to me Let your eyes adjust she is in fact behind them coming out of the house

be careful not to enlarge the pic too much or you will loose this frame.
I am sure of what I see .. can you get a clearer shot?

Hi Major 'Hooters' Lang.

I actually read your posts weeks ago and you're the person who motivated me to actually put evidence together rather than to just make comments. Sorry that you never got to see my first message(s) as they all went to the Cold Case... but if I stick to the facts of 'WHAT CAN BE SEEN BY EVERYONE' (including a judge) it may make the Police make a move and gain a conviction rather than a bounce-back.

When I saw the 'football hanger' in the left rear window of the vehicle travelling up Heworth I thought the owner of this vehicle parked on the streets of York 'Oct 2009' was connected to a 4 man narrative (attachment inc below) But... I suspect my 4 suspects are a different 4 to your 4. And the DIRECTION traveled up Heworth from the suspect's home or 'place of work' would make sense. [The license plate is visible on Google Street Maps, as is its location.

I've redacted the image... but am allowing you to see 'the football hanger'. Looks like the 2008-2009 Arsenal shirt. [These hangers are rare.] The image is stamped '(c) Google 2019' but trust me its 100% Oct 2009. (Arsenal played vs Hull City FA Cup Quarter final 17th March 2009)
The vehicle in this pic is not a Ford Focus 1998-2004 model. The rear lights are located higher up on the corner columns on the old model.

haha sorry buddy. Come on though, spill ?!
You are going to run out of questions
Pm me and I might answer you . You see both questions and answer need to be confidential ! Do you agree !?

The Police released the 'make and model'.

Correct. (And you won't catch the KILLER(s) by finding an old Ford Focus Hatchback either, that is if THAT 'make' was even correct.). The vehicle, due to it's location, parked at the place of work of the #1 suspect in 2009; whose Modus Operandi surfaced the next month of April 2009 by landing him in Court to face a sex charge... at this place of work... & Sporting the connecting rare 'football shirt' (racing up Heworth).... and with business connections to LH and NH(now deceased)... and a body (possibly moved July 2018) located at the deceased's place of work. Makes the 'make and model' being right-or-wrong irrelevant.

The vehicle isn't the Killer's signature. It's decoration, the trophy-shirt MAY BE.

If I was a Detective facing 4 suspects I would passively ask each in turn...."What football teams do YOUR friends support? And tell me WHY they support them."

The 17th March 2009 - The Arsenal vs Hull city FA Cup Q-Final was at Wembley and this very same day, the 17th March was St.Patricks Day (Lots of drinking!) ... so who drove you home? (It was a late kick-off.) Of the group... Who is known as the local sober driver? That avenue of questioning may gain fruit.

This is all very interesting but the guilty one would not be here!
It is possible though that their friend or partner might put two and two together and go to the police even after eleven years !
