And I think I agree with that to a degree .
Question for you and everyone else here :Would we have to declare interest in this case ( cl case ) if any of us are ever called to serve as a jury member ?

Not as yet but I understand the process that has to be undertaken and its not a process that can happen quickly for obvious reasons. They do say patience is a virtue

Oh I've been wrong many times and that is why I challenge anything that is unlikely.
I will continue to do so.

I have deactivTed my blog because it was encouraging the wrong type who then attacked my social media posts. It was developed to help find the truth but if course some don't want that.
It is obvious that Tri-Lambda was a sock and the way they came storming in with a good piece of analysis followed by the biggest load of rubbish ever.
They have gone but likely the same person will return in multiple guises.
It wastes time
It doesn't help find the truth
There can only be a few reasons why someone wants to do it:
Sheer boredom and Devilment
Or
Worrying we are getting the perps to close to the fire.
So I make no apologies for challenging them or any theories that are taking us off track.
On a final point, we have to be careful when looking at cctv footage, particularly of footage that is not in daylight and there is much shadow and light refraction.
You then start to see things that aren't there and if someone says "Can you see the person in a black jacket with white sleeves covering what looks like Claudia with a green tarp. You go looking for it and surprise surprise-See it.

PR (knowingly aided or abetted by JK) SR his brother and DER their brother in law.
AC the provider of an Alibi.
So that covers the 4 and one of the "Molls".
SC knows what happened and is keeping stum at the request of LE, perhaps feeding info to them and so it appears on the surface that she is culpable, I don't believe so, she is just equally bad at picking friends, like Claudia.

For me they are either significant POIs because they took part or have knowledge but because the honour amongst "theives" Omertà, are staying silent.

In summary. They could be living in fear or feared.

The lack of motivation to move from Heworth puts them as "Lords of their Manor". If you move away so does your hold and the Nags Head peasants start to squawk.

My only other focus is around a LE cover up, not to preserve evidence but to either protect a much bigger case-Drugs for example and hence my reference to Lee Horwell and stills of him in Heworth Place, where he has never lived-His connections with people who have come about their wealth by illicit image means.

I also believe that Dales and Claudias father know more than they are saying and being masonics is unhealthy.

The other high profile case of a missing person where the father is a Mason and well connected to an ex prime minister is McCann and as we know there are distinct similarities.
Madeleine was known to have dissapeared at least 24 hours before being reported. Claudia 40 Hours.

Funny that??

Peter would have been far better advised not to have used up his energy on "Claudias Law".

Your sighting of Claudia with someone in a shop one afternoon / evening in Greater Manchester.
Your assumption that he may have been a "New Boyfriend"
This could be important information @Popejohn3
But being in a shop with Claudia some +100 miles from her home doesn't make him a murderer.

I understand that you have reported this to the police in the same way that I have reported my evidence to police.
We should always do this and then let them investigate.

Many of the Sleuths on here would be wise to do the same.
Perhaps they should then ask if what they are reporting is factual or just a thought.

If all who posted were mindful of this instead of rocking up saying:

"Hey guys I'm new on here and have been reading all the great posts"

Then turning out to be a smelly sock.
We would get less La La land theories and sightings that are no more than tricks of the very bad light.



Let's hope we get to the truth and if anyone comes along with some distortion or mad brained comments, don't be surprised to get cross examined but the genuine Sleuths.

I can’t agree with you more that people should go straight to police if they have some kind of evidence !
