Every photograph that I've looked at so far of the loading Bay Area in the 'Horseshoe', shows several different vehicles (cars) parked there. They're ALL out of the line sight of the CCTV cameras...and this is just four images! It suggests to me that local knowledge knows about these 'free' parking spaces...even at night? Shoppers wouldn't park there during the hours of darkness. Socialites and non drinking visitors to the local pubs and nightclubs might though?
Yep, in my opinion a car was waiting for Corrie (although not necessarily the ones in the image or listed).

Also if your local to the town as with most towns, you know where to get free parking. What is safe and such so that if you came back you were not going to get pounced on. IMO there is alot of foot traffic around there and a walkway towards the shopping centre and mcdees. This would be the last place to get smoochy/deal or get bundled in a car.

Good find, because we've been wondering where that place was and to have it connected with that door is 'odd'.

But if you look at the map on the link, the centre appears to be placed on Brentgovel, near the corner with Well Street, and not in the horseshoe? So what is the door in the horseshoe? Is that for a garage/storage area that the Focus building rents or something?

Google maps often are set to centre of postcode rather than actual address - that's why satnavs send people to the wrong place!

Are we sure we're talking about the same place as the link suggests Risby?

Yes, Risby is where their offices are and 26 Brentgovel Street is where their client accommodation is. I posted a link earlier of a review by the Care Quality Commission of the accommodation in Brentgovel Street.

I'm about 20 minutes from Boston, on the Lincs/Norfolk/cambs border and no one local to me has heard of him. I can only assume they don't follow the news. I'm amazed daily if I mention him or share something on social media and the first comment is "who?" Or "what's this?"

Most of the news has been local or on morning tv when people are at work. So whilst it looks like a big search it is just local. Thinking back at when other missing people went nationwide there was evidence of foul play. Sadly for Corrie there is nothing. Imo a true representation of him may shift this stalemate.

This will take me back to my first theory of someone living/working on the premises.I'm not convinced any properties/business' were forensically searched in the horseshoe, just the area so he could easily have not left the horseshoe at all.
Mymistake as I posted previously that focus 12 was on Risbygate St. The treatment centre is, but yes, there is accommodation in Brentgovel.

Yeah, I saw a picture of the Risbygate place, and that has a green door, by which it seems to be known, and looks like a relatively modern accommodation building. So, it kind of depends if the map is correct or not (on the Focus link) because the place to the right of the Cornhill centre, near the corner of Brentgovel/Well St looks a lot more appropriate for an admin office, but how does the white door in the horseshoe link with these?

Edit. I was wrong. The green door on Risby seems to be the offices. The modern building I was looking at was actually sheltered accommodation for older people, nothing to do with Focus12. I am still unclear on the location of the accommodation building on Brentgovel, though.

I did find one of those property sales sites, though, that said 26 Brentgovel is a 3-bedroom terraced house?

The streetview image for it shows the Well Street door on the corner of Brentgovel/Well St.

I'm amazed this has never come up / been discovered until now. Massive thanks to SLD286 for the on-location sleuthing!

amonet- do a google search for the postcode only - it will land smack bang where the arrow points to on the focus website. Its just a lazy way of doing a map rather than the website builders actually pointing it to the correct place, it goes to the centre of the postcode area as decided by google.

Risbygate is offices and treatment centre. 26 Brentgovel Street in the horseshoe contains residential accommodation for their clients.

I do remember it being mentioned but assumed it was further down Brentgovel Street, not slap bang in the middle of the horseshoe.

I can't see a lone recovering heroin addict have the physical strength to lift Corrie into one of those bins. So it may have been two people he encountered or he was put in a vehicle. Doubt it's likely he is located inside 26 Brentgovel St.

I've also seen it mentioned and people being shot down in flames for mentioning it

I am amazed. So there are flats in the bin area. Do the police and family know this? Many of us have queried this. Have they been forensically searched?
Tony mentioned very early on that there were people living there and there was an address for rehab, so they have known this. They were all searched, basements, roofs, everywhere, Tony has stated this, many times in updates on findcorrie website. They found no trace of him forensically but that does not mean he wasn't there, is what his reports state.

Yes, the question of accommodation being above the shops has been raised loads of times and always had a resounding "no".

I'm sure you're right but I don't think he'd like you calling him Tiny!
:giggle:

So any thoughts on a drugs awol scenario now?

God knows, Shiressleuth. There are still so many options on the table - AWOL (planned or spontaneous), suicide, random abduction, terrorist abduction, hook up gone bad, accident (vehicle), accident (natural), I couldn't even put them in any particular order..... It's just so sad that we are not really any further forward after 3 months.

Sadly I don't think Christmas will bring the answer, much as I'd love him to turn up safe and well, all teeth and jazz hands, ta-dahhhh!
