The food guy isn't eating his food. There's two burgers so it seems like he's either waiting to eat it at home/work/ in a car nearby with possibly another person. If there is another person why aren't they with him?

Excellent spot! So he walking up St Johns street in the direction of the Horseshoe right on the pavement outside "The Snug" Another route Corrie couldn't have gone without being seen. Thanks to this clear image I have now found a new camera on St John Street (dome camera outside The Snug).
Theoretically that is true, factually though it's wrong. Not so tech savvy that I know all the ins and outs, but time stamps on most common cctv are manually set- google time stamps cc tv court or police, also look at the ICO guidance (to own a cctv system you should be registered with them). Likewise working in a building with lots of interactive whiteboards - all linked to the internet via computers, it is not unusual for people to have slightly differing times on their phones, or even between computers on the same server- how that I happens, I have no idea, but it does.Obviously I cannot advise on council CCTV systems as they might take their times from a local council server (which I would 'hope' would take its time from Internet servers).
In respect to the private CCTV like shops and local businesses, It is in my experience that such systems are reliant on live Internet connections to provide external viewing and as such the times recorded on such systems should be accurate and in sync to Internet time servers.
No idea about metalheadz, but looks like a storm trooper to me.It's that or a tee shirt from the drum and bass label Metalheadz

Thanks for clarifying. I'm a vegetarian and have no idea how burgers are served!v
Not necessarily, one carton is likely to be a burger or kebab, the other chips. Most people have two cartons each from a takeaway (if they want chips with it)
dont read too much into that, one example that i can think of is pregnancy cravings and sending my husband out at all hours for food (whilst I sat at home toasty in pyjamas), likewise if he has just finished work and off home and has someone at home waiting. The food guy isn't eating his food. My mind is boggled that there can be anyone in BSE so unaware of this case that they haven't already come forward as being in the aera at the time.
I don't think they are involved but how do they not know they were out in the middle of the night
