Has the running man in the cctv footage been identified? If not it seems that this is what the focus is on as if they can identify him then they have a chance of identifying who was in the left hand side of the frame that moves into visibility as he runs by. It seems like this is the focus. It is very strange if this person has not been identified or come forward. It is a small town and I would imagine that most who live in or near and go out there of an evening would be aware that this person is being shown on cctv image in relation to this running by. If he has not been identified it is because he and those who are aware of his identity are not coming forward. I've been reading the fbook page and here but there is so much being said and not said it is hard to remember if his individual has been identified. It is glaring that he should have been by now and if not then this is definitely the purpose of the continued focus on him I believe. Does anyone else have any thoughts on my opinion?
I'll say it again just in case it's fallen on deaf ears....why the hell would someone send a photo image of themselves to someone (regardless who is the recipient) at 0308 in the morning....very strange IMHO.

Unless it was a hook up... that's the only explanation

I thought that what we were told was that the brother sent Corrie a photo that he then forwarded on to the friend. The simple explanation imo is that the photo arrived while he was snoozing in the doorway, he woke up, saw it had arrived and sent it onwards to the friend.
What is it that you think makes it strange? People are in constant contact with smartphones and ime younger people will reply to things as soon as they get them and in fact expect us older ones to also reply instantly. Young people of my aquaintance send repeat messages to me if I don't respond within seconds, very annoying to me as I like to reply when it suits me.
I wake up a lot during the night, I'll look at my phone and check the time and if I've got a message, more often than not, I'll reply to it right then.I'll say it again just in case it's fallen on deaf ears....why the hell would someone send a photo image of themselves to someone (regardless who is the recipient) at 0308 in the morning....very strange IMHO.

According to the faqs on the website has the 3:08 text been looked into "YES, Corrie sent a picture message to a friend, it was part of an earlier conversation"
Totally normal imo to be having an ongoing whatsapp or text chat with friend or friends and send pics, they may be out and wanting to show a mate. Not to say it wasn't for a hookup but this is what young people do these days, if they're not taking pics of themselves they are sharing them and chatting about them. The younger the people the more the do it from my experience!

"Take a pic of yourself, I want to show my mate"
Okaaaaay !
A quick Google Image Search would call duff gen on that one.
Weak google image search skills. Not Afghan but somewhere on a c130 and one more click to find out where that was.2012 last Ape deployment to the sandpit.
A quick google image search will confirm that.
I'm with MidSummer. Not deployed outside UK
I don't believe he necessarily has anything to do with his disappearance but even if I was running down a street I would be aware of someone was standing in front of me if even off to the side. Especially when the area is otherwise empty. Bearing in mind also that the cctv images are a lot more polar in terms of light and dark. Therefore, it is highly within the realms of possibility that the running man briefly saw the individual standing off to the left. Especially when he has been standing there for the length of the run up to the area. Whether you look directly at someone or not you are still peripherally aware. A result of this is that you can often remember more than you initially thought you were aware of. The timelines that are floating about seem to indicate that the running man runs by only a short time after Corrie has been seen going into the area on the right. Identify running man who may be able to identify the individual standing on the left and then you have in that individual the most likely person to have possibly seen Corrie after the last cctv footage of him.

Exceptionally selective, zoomed and without doubt too short for mere mortals to make any headway. :/
