Nope. I'm not sure where the newer rules are as this is quite an old thread but I think a few pages back some people have quoted them. Not even allowed to refer. This thread will get moved over very soon as we're at 70 pages and the opening post there will have all the current rules for this thread. As you're new I'm sure they'll be understanding especially as the newer rules I believe are part way through the thread and not at the beginning!

Welcome by the way!

Thanks @dcflag. I will be a good girl from now on ;-)

Or perhaps thats because no formal description of his wallet and keys have been given?

How can you look for something, when you dont know what you're looking for ? surely if they wanted you on the look out, for his other belongings they'd give us the description. Funny that.

Maybe they don't know exactly what they look like. If my family were asked to describe my keys or purse they wouldn't have a clue what they looked like as I don't live near them.

Most blokes just have a plain black wallet and don't have lots of fancy keyrings. It's likely his wallet and keys are together wherever they are. The wallet would contain his bank cards so that is how people would know it was his.

There is also the issue that if they gave a detailed description of a distinctive wallet (like the one in Pulp Fiction for example) or a keyring some whackjobs would purchase an item matching the description then claim to have "found" them.

Totally agree! Such a simple phrase and one we've overlooked, possibly because being gay is spoken about much more openly nowadays. Possibly still not as acceptable in the forces perhaps?

As yet we don't have any information on the 3 vehicles. My thinking was possibly Corrie's "American " friend could have took it for a spin as designated sober driver and I have only seen that Corrie parked up on Robert Boby and that his car has been returned to his family. I may have missed where the car had been returned from. It may have been parked up on Base and that is why no one realised he wasn't there?
Well if left on Robert Boby for a week it would have had a lot of tickets as there is only 1 hour free parking in the daytime. Police will surely have checked that but obviously the family will also know for sure so that can easily be verified. If one of the vehicles in the cctv was corrie's, wouldn't that have been confirmed a long time ago because they were identified in November? I am wondering if forensic analysis has been done on Corrie's car which could also help. If corrie's car was one of those three identified vehicles that would also be even more important. Presumably his car has been searched for his phone, wallet and keys, which would have been with corrie in the car in this scenario.

"Two men in the footage were eliminated from the inquiry. Investigators know Corrie told at least one person that he planned to walk the nine miles back to RAF Honington and that he went nowhere near his car."

as far as we know....

Im sure Corries family picked up his car when they arrived at BSE

Has it been confirmed that corrie travelled into BSE that night with someone else?

Confirmed in the sense that two local members here were told that by a colleague of corries (they had louelle)

Ringing the Police is all well and good, people will have felt great about doing that.

What concerns me more than anything is....not many get a call back?..

Wonder why that is? ..It isn't all about cut backs I'm sure.
Anyone who calls something in should be prepared to follow it up with the police if necessary. Calling crimestoppers is also an option.

This would be a bit of a game changer if true. Why not part of the official time line?

This makes me believe even more that there is a whole investigation going on that we k ow nothing about and we are just getting bit n bobs here n there to keep us all talking

If the phone pinged bm mast at 4.58am we can safely assume that's also a similar time to the bin lorry to be entering bm.
Just to clarify the ping would be at approx radius of 5km or 3 miles from the mast so the vehicle would be approx that distance from bm not entering bm at that time. 3 miles travelling at 60 mph is a mile a minute.

Eeejay268 wouldn't that confirm then that the bin lorry was in fact in that area at 4.20 as the lorryman confirmed he only saw 3 youths at that time ?? xx

But still give or take 10-15 minutes? To be honest my brain is so melted I can't remember what I was even referring too!

The same people on this forum said the same colleague told them Corrie travelled into bse with another person. Something else not included in the timeline. Your guess is as good as mine why it's not included.

I wasnt sure here here but I thought in this instance that they were referring to the two band members we saw on cctv

Thanks. I was in rant mode, it's ok, no need to apologize, its a good image regardless ;) Internet suggests EE mast might actually be the (unfenced) "lollipop" one on the south side of the roundabout. No idea how I can personally verify, what the south end one is and what the north end one is, without visiting and looking at the signs on the mast sites. Maybe someone local who's into that sort of thing knows which is which. But it's probably of little relevance. thanks for responding to that!

Hell this case is so frustrating and confusing, and so many grey areas it's untrue

It appears that the CCTV around the horseshoe area has now been viewed up to 4pm with no sign of Corrie (including Corrie wearing different clothing).

Considering the much talked about 'lack of resources' available to the police they seem to have progressed their viewing of the CCTV from midday to 4pm in a fairly efficient time frame.....
Remind me someone, considering such lack of resources, why this is being viewed? Does anyone think corrie hung around there for 12 hours? Where exactly would he be as the area has been forensically searched?
