So looking at this image from 05:20:

You can see a van/truck parked right in the middle of the pedestrian area and think it is probably a vehicle setting up a stall for the Saturday market so there would be quite a crowd of people in the area.
I just wonder why the Police are interested in people from 2 hours later walking in a place where dozens of people would be walking past that camera at that time.
But if they have good reason to want to identify this particular person then there are three cameras (assuming this man carried on walking down Butter Market to Abbeygate Street) two of which are the colour council CCTV and could provide a much higher quality image. It just comes across to me like the Police are making it much harder for themselves and I just don't get it.
