The mental health issues are likely self-induced from drug abuse IMO, and this should be a whole life sentence.
I am not confident that in 38 years’ time we will have a parole board that would keep this guy in, they are usually minded to recommend release once the minimum term is served, as their decisions tend to show.
I think the Attorney General will make a referral for this being unduly lenient, and in my opinion it was.I completely agree. I am very disappointed with the sentence.

Hainault latest: Suspect in hospital after boy, 14, killed in sword attack
