BIB Okaaay - so she's wiped a load? And some were not reported for unknown reasons.
6 reporters - maybe it's picking up some momentum in the press.

Yes when I read the documents I thought so many claims were taken on trust and will not have been substantiated. And then so many discrepancies, in general, I had to get my red highlighter tool out LOL.
Shades of Pistorius again, comparing what the Defendants said across various reports etc over the years.

As I probably can't re-paste the extracts of his B.S. from his 2012 blog interviews ( interesting to reflect on re.tomorrow) ..... I'll leave you with this from same date.

Ahhhh all noted. At least it will give you some interesting after dinner reading. Idky but I'm rather skittish in anticipation. Excited. In awe.
Apparently on his Court appearances before he's been very polite and Frank.
Pretty much as the Psychiatrists meeting back in 2004/5/6 not sure without checking the year. He was frank in answering questions. I assume he sat thru out. No violent outbursts were reported.
But that was an insight to his violent behaviour. As he'd been arrested and charged 3 times at least then (twice he assaulted his ex gf. 1st time her arms and back were all scratched up. 2nd he punched her) and a scuffle outside a club. N a bloke in a kebab shop.
So in certain conditions he can control himself. So....... I'm waiting with baited breath. Depending on how he's questioned will depend on his outcome.
Should be due to start soon I think.

Yes, he's a good actor alright - butter wouldn't melt and quite boyish. (It's so posed it reminds me of a teenager's selfie!)

If you read Tortoise's personal opinions of them in the dock from her visit ( sorry IDK which page it is on) it is interesting how she felt, at least in the trial, it was a joint effort and JG seemed a pretty strong character or wtte . This is as opposed to an expectation she may be quite meek and "cowed".

what do you reckon for his B.S. today Gigi? :

- I've been stitched up, I am the victim here and I have lost my daughter
- it's revenge by the police for attempting to sue them for wrongful arrest and the 2012 overturn of my conviction
- today's medical experts are wrong - just like in 2009
- and the pathologists did not respect my daughter's body and transgressed with the cremation.
- we have been persecuted as a family for years by all the authorities, this is a continuation
- I was playing on my console with my ear phones on, if Ellie fell, I did not hear it, who knows what happened to get the skull injuries, she was fine at 11.30
- the shoulder - we had a new puppy, Ellie was always tripping over it, falling downstairs. Sometimes Ellie would hide bruises as she thought she might lose the new puppy.
- Ellie had a high pain threshold and often would say nothing and you didn't know whether she was sick or not, she often wanted paracetomols and I wouldn't always know if JG had dosed her or not.
- Ellie would often lie or say different things to both of us so often we didn't know if she had really fallen or she just wanted attention as Ellie was still in a transition with us after having lived all her life fostered. Ellie did have school absences but often she did not want to go, she was still adjusting and sometimes also felt bullied. We also feel the school discriminated against us - they'd never dealt with an unusual case like ours before.
- I loved Ellie, so much so that I fought for her for years, I would never harm her
- Yes me & JG had a stormy, off-on relationship, we argued a lot and my texts are just how I express myself. Often we were on the verge of splitting but I would still have done my share of the parental duties as I had when we were broken up previously. JG suffers from aggression and often those texts are exaggerations - as she says herself she is not frightened of me....

Lol you know.... it's like reading a novel. Or a crime film. In fact..... someone who writes for a living. Please take this case on it will be a brilliant basis.... lol

Yeah it's the poor woe are we.
But is she still standing with him. Have her Solicitors told her different?
He (BB) seemed to try and catch her eye one day this week. But she didn't react. Maybe the light is shining in. A light bulb moment. Or a selfish moment. A selfie moment. Ikdr. Haha!

I still go by my early diagnosis I do tend to think she is pre diagnosed bi polar.... she really really needs to get a good mental health over view. Cuz this isn't a quick diazepam job.

But I'm still champing at the bit. I miss like we had at NM&SH court trial. An in the court transcript as it happens live.
I'm all fingers and thumbs waiting for the break for lunch.

I see.... according to BBC1 lunchtime TV news. That BB has took the stand. And has spent most of the morning talking about the incident with Ellie at 7 weeks old he said "we were led like lambs to the slaughter. We didn't know the procedure or what hapns or what to do. And we are still being treated like lambs to the slaughter. As I'm brought to trial here now. I didn't harm my daughter then and I didn't hurt her this time..... and then you put me on trial for arguing with my gf with the text messages that were read out. And to top it all you Cremated our daughter and we weren't even told."

It's not me doing a crime story (gigi, your previous post), it's him, he's written a starring role for himself in his fantasy drama. Needs a scriptwriter though: "I will not be muzzled"! Er, you're up BB, it's your time to testify.

A father accused of battering his six-year-old daughter to death told a court today he thought 'babies were f***ing boring' before she was born.

He said he was a party animal before to their daughter was born at St Helier Hospital, in Sutton, which he described as 'the worst hospital in the world'.
'She was just amazing,' he told jurors. 'I held her in my hand. She was sucking on my finger.
'I had friends and family who had babies, I thought, 'f***ing boring'. With her it was different, I was really proud.'
He continued: 'I just couldn't stop thinking about her, I had never felt that way about anything before in my life.'
He said he was not in a relationship with Gray but would see her every day over the following weeks and months.


Commenting on what happened ( 2007) , Butler told the jury: 'We were devastated... We didn't know the system so we were just bamboozled by what was happening.'

The court heard how Gray became pregnant about eight weeks after she and Butler first met. Butler described finding out as the 'kiss of death' - but said the idea grew on him.

A man accused of murdering his six-year-old daughter has attacked the Crown Prosecution Service for putting him on “unfair trial” as he gave evidence for the first time in the case.

Speaking at the Old Bailey on Friday, Ben Butler launched a vigorous defence when questioned over the death of his daughter Ellie in October 2013, when she was found with “catastrophic” head injuries akin to those found in high speed car crashes.

He said he would not be “muzzled” and that he had been a victim of a miscarriage of justice when he was convicted in 2009 ,

He described the system as “corrupt” and accused the crown of omitting critical evidence that would prove his innocence. “And we’ve lost evidence in this trial that we would be able to prove there was more wrong with my daughter,” he said.

Butler launched his outburst about the legal system after being asked by his counsel Icah Peart, QC, about the expert evidence used in the family court’s decision to return Ellie to her family from foster care.He replied: “It’s a ****ing disgrace and I’ve no problem saying that. It’s been slammed by the high court judges, the expert witness on shaken baby syndrome, and all that the way the trial was conducted.”

Referring to the original criminal trial in 2009, he said: “There was 10 experts that the crown produced every time… Mr and Mrs Guilty … I was allowed three experts.”
Peart said: “We all know you were convicted and sent to prison?” to which Butler replied: “I was unfairly convicted and I had an unfair trial and I’m having an unfair trial now.”

“Firstly, I’ve been charged with murdering my daughter but you’re actually charging me with arguing with me wife,” he said......
“I’m not going to be muzzled here. I’m not going to stop saying what I’m saying.

“Secondly, you’ve got experts here. They’ve already been used against us in every trial.

“Thirdly, we’ve lost evidence in this trial that we would be able to prove there was more wrong with my daughter,” he said.

The judge then intervened: “We are getting into difficult territory,” to which Butler replied: “I’m not being muzzled.”

Mr Justice Wilkie replied: “I’m not trying to muzzle this witness,” to which Butler replied: “Sounds like you are.”
