After the Guardian article I'm starting to wonder if the swearing is deliberate. Sort of like he has no control of what comes out of his mouth, so he couldn't be lying.

Yes he thinks perhaps, in this court of highly professional folk , ( possibly privately educated but definitely posh ) lawyers etc - he will come across as without artifice, "salt of the earth" and they being rather PC, I'm afraid to say, will let the swearing go. The guy's a con-man IMO- manipulative and thinks he's clever. ( Doubt jury will agree)

JG will be telephoning him tonight that he's in all the papers. Bleurgh.
(As public comments aren't allowed in all the papers it's a pity she won't get to read the public's responses tonight - i doubt they would be positive. )

Yes he's implying no doubt that late 2009 after his release but before they got the kids back that he was flat broke ... as the "system" had ruined an innocent hard working bloke.
Really - I always assumed JG paid for everything.... hair gel, clothes, electronic games, food on the table and benefits would have supported him for the rest.

I'm sorry but I thought outbursts like that was condemned by the Judge. 1 time forgiven. 2 times a warning 3 times contempt. And that is being fair.. really. He does think he is the BIG I am and untouchable. I do hope the Jury is up with his BS. This monster needs a long time where the sun don't shine. So he can ponder over the paramedics who put her hand under his daughters' head to find a 'boggy mass' where the force of the blow to her skull disintegrated it. As what she actually felt was a part of the brain. **sorry to be graphic**

It has to be said.. my kids have fallen off bed height backwards forwards upside down. The most they've injured themselves is a fat lip and an egg lump like you see on Tom & Jerry cartoons. Kids will be kids... they only learn from their mistakes. You bang yr head on the door.. it hurts... That's remembered.

I've NEVER heard of a child trampolining on a bed. To Peppa Pig or whatever.. falling off the bed to cave the back of her skull in. It wasn't as if the wardrobe or drawers had fallen on her. Would of made more sense. But not to the degree of injury she sustained.

And NO BB we do NOT feel one bit sorry for you.

I've NEVER heard of a child trampolining on a bed. To Peppa Pig or whatever.. falling off the bed to cave the back of her skull in. It wasn't as if the wardrobe or drawers had fallen on her. Would of made more sense. But not to the degree of injury she sustained.

Stupid move as for the jury this kind of levity jars with his big narrative theme- devastated man, impassioned victim, crucified by the system stuff who had his beloved daughter snatched away.
