I've noticed also that... in everything regarding Ellie. Even from the very first trial. Everything regarding all of this is out of BB'S mouth. And that is it effects ME ME ME!
The first trial. HE was wrongly accused. So HE sets about making a case to take to court. Telling JG to do the same and research to. HE wanted HIS name cleared.
HE won HIS trial. HE was vindicated.

HE was even going to sue the Judge who presided on HIS case
.

It's ALL ME ME ME ME ME ME !

snipped. Agree with all of that, but BIB, is that true - sue the judge? Haven't heard that before.

snipped

if JG blood impact spatter was "recent" ie 28 oct, , how come we have heard nothing about any recent injuries found on JG after she was arrested on ?
Surely the forensics would have done a full exam of her for forensic purposes and picked up her "cuts"? or is this yet to come in the trial sequence?
I really don't know to be honest. It could of been easily dismissed as a per regular run of the mill nosebleed.
I have often since being on oxygen 24/7.
But some are prone to them. You could sneeze violently. Or blow hard.. we might find more when she takes the stand (:

So he hasn't got very far with that, in 3 yrs.
Lol exactly. Don't you hate it when you've read thru so many articles and you can't think of where the article was/is . Grrr

Still looking.

Yes there's your self-pity in that link
"“I have spent the last three-and-a-half years in a constant fight.

“Now I have got to the point where I don’t feel anything. I feel numb.

“I don’t know what to do now. I’ve been trying to keep myself busy, I’ve been doing lots of reading and researching shaken baby syndrome.

“In the past I worked in an office, I will have to get back into work.

“With everything that happened I probably lost a bit of me that will never come back.”"

Ugh.
PS Wonder how long he lasted in an office and how far back that was.

WS is loading very slow again for me, irritating .

On the SBS and parents against injustice sites that I have seen since this trial

recurring theme/gripe is about pathologists not following due process in terms of retaining/ storing samples.
I did wonder if that would be his next kick when I read Tortoise's 11 am post about the funeral complaint ..... and guess what ....

today's update is in "Ben Butler, on trial for murder of six-year-old Ellie, shouts at doctor, accusing him of taking samples ‘behind our backs’"

I don't have a crystal ball no, it's just he is so predictable ;)

Ben Butler, 36, who was sitting in the glass-walled dock at the Old Bailey in London, lost his temper while a consultant paediatric pathologist from St Thomas’ hospital gave evidence about Ellie’s postmortem.

Andreas Marnerides was being asked by the defence about the cremation of Ellie after her death in October 2013.

When barrister Di Middleton asked whether the cremation was carried out in consultation with the defendant’s solicitors, Butler began screaming: “No, no, no, no, it wasn’t.”

"Through the glass he shouted at the doctor: “How dare you. You took samples and cremated her behind our back.”

Ellie’s mother, Jennifer Gray, who has been charged with a separate offence relating to treatment of the child, joined in on the attack on the doctor shouting: “How dare you.”

Butler then stormed out of the dock shouting: “You hid evidence ... yeah, yeah, yeah, you hid evidence.”"

Guardian link as above.

JG backed him up, of course she did. Anyone now not think she is colluding and comm with him re legal strategy?

Bit on BB's outburst:

Butler's barrister Di Middleton asked Mr Marnerides if the little girl's cremation was carried out in consultation with Mr Butler's solicitors.

The murder suspect began screaming: ‘No no no no it wasn’t' and continued: ‘How dare you. You took samples and cremated her behind our back.’

Butler stormed out of the dock shouting: ‘You hid evidence... yeah yeah yeah, you hid evidence.’

His wife Gray also shouted: ‘How dare you.’

Butler's barrister Ms Middleton then told Mr Justice Wilkie: ‘I apologise on behalf of Mr Butler, it’s a particularly sensitive subject.’

The judge replied: ‘He lost it for a reason you have explained and absented himself.’

Butler, who denies murdering Ellie at their home in Sutton, south London, came back into the dock within two minutes and was told by Mr Justice Wilkie: ‘Mr Butler, I’m perfectly happy for you to remain in court and I understand that some issues may be very sensitive for you, but you must try to restrain yourself.’

He continued: ‘If you feel something very strongly, obviously you have the facility to send a note which will be delivered and i you feel that things are getting to the point where you would rather stop and take a break then you may communicate that, do you understand?’

It's all ME ME ME or I I I......
Not "We"
That really hammers home the Narcissistic qualities in him.

Never mind a mother has had to give up her daughters for him. Altho I can see WHY Social Services removed both. At the time of issue. His anger was pointed at Ellie. Once Ellie had gone to the maternal Grandparents.
Would the other child become the next victim. I'm afraid I wouldn't want to chance that situation.

^^^Sorry, similar already posted by cottonweaver.

I'm not sure what this question about the cremation has to do with the proceedings? Surely that question should have been closed down by other side or judge? It's not evidence of murder or cruelty. Anyone got a clue?

Same here Cottonweaver. But everything's loading slow for me. But we have got a current thunderstorm going on and it's chucking it down with rain. But it's still mega warm ..

He doesn't remind me of an office type... maybe he was the tea boy ...

Last job he mentions is a Removals man. That I can believe. (:

The extent of the judge's reprimand.

"Ms Middleton told Mr Justice Wilkie: "I apologise on Mr Butler's behalf, it's a particularly sensitive subject."

Ostensibly in a murder trial the path may be able to keep certain evidentiary samples for the trial - that's my guess.
Hence BB is complaining she was cremated without those "slides" etc.
Nothing to do with their right to attend her cremation IMO.

Cottonweaver, I've tried to send you a message, but apparently you've exceeded your stored message capacity. You need to clear some space before I can send anything else.

Lol... does he think he is representing himself again in this hearing?
Good grief. Why didn't the Judge call contempt of court.
This man is unreal. He thinks everyone and everything is pitted against him.

Well samples were taken from Ellie at autopsy. I'm assuming that BB wasn't offered to sit in on the autopsy as he has no medical means to be there. So no samples were taken behind his back.
And SOCO would of worked over the house while they both were in custody...
Hello BB that's how the law system works.... jheeze!
